Out for dinner with family from Melbourne. Ordered two dinner meals within a few minutes of the others on my table. Everyone else's meals came out within a reasonable time, but our meals were significantly delayed. We waited for a while but unfortunately everyone at my table had finished there meals before ours were even being cooked. It wasn't until we questioned the delay that we were told our meals were being served. Yet 10 minutes later another staff member approached us to confirm the order details indicating that they had not actually made the meals, and there had been an error with the preparation of the meals. On top of this, a table of 15 who placed their orders after us, were served before our meals were even made. very disappointed in the service, yes we got the refund however this is not the point. We had a table of 11 and only 2 meals were missed, but the staff made a point to argue that the table of 15 ordered before me. This was absolutely not the case and the young boy taking the orders confirmed that we had infact ordered first. The staff were very unprofessional in how they handled the issue and completely refined the experience of a rare dinner with family. The manager on duty did not come to discuss the situation but sent junior team leaders and junior waite staff to communicate on his behalf. The team leader was aggressive in how she spoke to us and blamed us for not receiving our meals saying that had we have waited 1 more minute we would have had our meals. But as we explained to her, our table was already finished and ready to leave. I will not be back.
