Woweee. I never new a 10 pack of abs was possible until I wondered up to the bar. A carlton draught and a show! We spent $40 and did a couple backflips but it was definitely money well spent for what I received. Fantastic value! There was a viscous film on my carbonara but it felt kind of right given the atmosphere. Keep it classy here if you can, although I will admit it's a struggle

I have been here quite a few times for work events over the last couple of years. We went there tonight for our Christmas party. The staff never seem to change. The grumpy, rude old blonde woman is still there this year. About 70+ years old and still so so rude. How that woman still has a job is beyond me. She is not interested in serving anyone, it's like it's an inconvenience. Doesn't know what hospitality is even though she's there year in, year out. She talks to all the customers and her fellow staff with such disdain, swearing and carrying on. I was there last week and there was a younger smiley girl there that served me and a young friendly guy working at the bar. Such a nice change to have someone smiling when they served me and be so friendly and nice. I definitely didn't have that tonight. They were both lovely and that visit was enjoyable. They knew how to treat their customers. Friendly, helpful and hospitable. If only we had both of them tonight instead of the rude old blonde woman.
I'll be requesting them for our next event and hopefully the old witch will have retired or been moved on

The best bowls club in town. The staff are super friendly and always welcoming. It's a great place to come for a quick beer or even a session of lawn bowls. The food is by no names which is delicious and no nonsense. They have a ton of raffles and other activities worth coming back for.
