Thank you for the supports from the team regarding our social event at Club Ashfield. We highly recommend for any social events in the future with Club Ashfield.

On Saturday 8th June our organisation held a members event in the Charlotte Room at the Ashfield. We had 89 people attend.
The staff at the Club were very helpful in helping me organise this event, even though I am in Melbourne.
We had a canape lunch which was excellent--the food was cooked in their kitchen and therefore very fresh. It wasn't bought in like many "pub" type functions.
The AV infrastructure worked very well with their projector providing the visual aspect, and the sound system providing very good quality sound.
We had presenters from the USA speaking via Zoom, and the wireless connection to the internet (not supplied by the venue) was above 50mps down and 30mps up--so there was no interruptions.
We had excellent communication with the Club Ashfield functions team, and when we arrived on site everything was well prepared, well planned and our event went off seamlessly. We will be coming back if we can keep our numbers below 100!

Pretty empty in the bistro on a Saturday night - $18 pizzas very small and very average. I ordered a gin and tonic and it didn't even have a lime/lemon and one cube of ice. Kids play area is good but it had leaves and dead flowers scattered throughout - maybe coming in from the vent? Not great for our crawling toddler and really shows it's probably never cleaned. Wouldn't go back

Had lunch there today . Chicken snitzel with salad and chips. Chips taste dry . Salad no Spanish onion ,no cucumber, 1 cherry tomato,lemon wedge cut wrong,salad dressing cheap bought rubbish. They should be able to do alot better. Lazy cooking

Had a function here.. welcoming and friendly staff. Veg options though were limited and not really tasty.. nice atmosphere though

This is a typical local club. We expected outdated club decor, typical bistro menus, and cheap drinks, and got exactly what we wanted. The kids soft play area is great, and right between the bistro and the bar for easy dining while the kids play. It's not fancy, but it is a good night out.

The car park is not attached, you have to walk around the corner. Only one of the four cubicles in the upstairs women's toilets has a sanitary bin.

Nice club. Friendly Staff. Beer a little on expensive side with lower prices for members. Pity about the floor plan.

I went to Club Ashfield recently for a small Violin concert organised by my daughter music studio. I only saw the Charlotte room upstairs. It was a good sized room which can easily accommodate up to 100 people for corporate style event. Has a stage and presentation facility. Although acoustics are not great for a music concert, the room is more fit for purpose for a corporate event. Overall, good experience.

You guys should hire some professional security guard. That fat guy claimed that even though I have a valid driver's licence and my address is from Ashfield, I cannot enter if I am not a member. And when I told him to sign up, he said it was too late for today. Unbelievable.

Really lovely girl (Isabella) at reception welcomed us and made us feel very welcome. Tried the bistro on a quite Monday night and had a classic chicken Parma and a pasta. Nice food and reasonably priced. Will have to come back to try the jazz. Some great specials to try also.

Solid cheap food. Parmigiana is actually pretty good and only $24. Chips are average but still good

Handy bus service and car park. Handy to the station and much friendlier than the other clubs in Ashfield.

Greeted by a very approachable and efficient young Lady At Reception who signed me in and explained the assets of the Club . The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing with the gaming area well separated from the Social and dining area
Came away from the Club relaxed and refreshed . Thank you Staff

A quiet little club that has good prices. The food is always good. Staff are always friendly. It could probably do with some renovations but it's all good. The burgers are great! My favourite is the sweet and sour pork! One of the best!

Friendly, helpful staff, clean, attractive - but really, you will experience a classic Australian suburban pokies-driven club complete with very loud bingo / trivia / meat raffle or something

Friendly, courteous atmosphere. Comfortable and relaxing. Decent meals. One person show downstairs on a Saturday. Upstairs Jazz and Ragtime on Fridays.

Nice relaxed place good food drinks and staff. Makes me wonder why anyone goes to the crocodile hotel, when u have this place and the ashfield tavern to choose from

The people working in the restaurant are rude. I ordered a kids spaghetti and they insisted that cheese does not come with it. Seriously we cant have cheese on top of our pasta? Rather rather just giving us cheese when we asked they wanted to argue with us. They really dont care about making the customers happy.

Old style club, but a nice dance floor and plenty of seating to watch and dance to the fabulous brass band that plays Friday nights.

Don't let the dated appearance of the club put you off. The food is very reasonably priced and the daily lunch and dinner specials are hard to beat for members. The food was quickly served and it was a huge portion. Great chicken parmy - double chicken breast fillet, a very rich neapolitan sauce, smoked ham and melted cheese. Fries were crispy and delicious and a nice vinegarette on the side salad. A quiet place for a mid week meal.
