I'm so impressed !
Been a number of times recently, and I've never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly, the food is delicious, and the venue itself is really lush after a recent renovation.
I strongly recommend a visit !

I was surprised that the Chelsea RSL's new restaurant was so good.
It was like being in an international hotel restaurant.
Staff were attentive and prompt and the meals were very good and large.
For a moment I thought I was at the Hilton.
Well Done !!!

Great place and friendly staff.
The meals are great especially the Lamb shank, though had a seniors meal yesterday for a change and very nice for a lunch time break.
It's a great place for large groups with family and friends and birthdays, make you book in advance.

I became a member some 6 months ago after having a delicious meal one night after work.

Everytime I go to this RSL it is a great experience. The service is great, the beer is really cold and the plates are just delicious.

I can't go wrong... I need to start visiting other RSL to see if there are any differences.

Ordered spaghetti vongole - waited for our meals which was not an issue as they were busy. Flavour was absolutely delicious but for $28 pasta quantity was entree size and I left hungry. Very disappointed. Pasta is cheap so a main size of spaghetti would not have cost them. Our whole table thought this meal was small especially compared to the other meals. The managers response to my feedback was I could have ordered something else. Shouldn't have had to at that price.

The meals and atmosphere are fine. However today's coffee was almost cool. I t was annoying that the bar tender said it was hot. I think I know what is cool. Another bar tender put hot water in it. It was too hot to drink. I had this problem a few months ago. The customer is not always wrong.

I had the pleasure of dining at. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a comfortable atmosphere for a meal. The quality of the food was exceptional. The staff's hospitality and attention to detail further contributed to a memorable dining experience. And the price is reasonable!

Haven't been here for lunch in quite some time but they have a new chef and the food is really really good! The lamb dish was amazing and so was the curry. Delicious Sunday lunch.

We came in for the special steak night tonight, steak was cooked perfectly with some delicious pepper sauce.
The soup wasn't bad either!
Will definitely be back

We attended the dawn service along with hundreds of locals. Beautifully read ceremony by the President of the RSL and the Reverend. It was our first time attending one, and we found it emotional and informative. The torch was lit, and the wreaths were laid by all members of the community, covering many organisations, military and local, which was lovely to see. We were impressed with the number of young people that were there. Beautiful way to celebrate our first, of hopefully many, Anzac days. Knocks the socks off the events we've attended in the UK in the past.

Service on a saturday night is slow, wait staff attended to needs prompty but kitchen staff took its time pushing out dishes. I witnessed wait staff arguing with kitchen staff. I ordered a bottle of wine and almost finished it by the time food came. The food was piping hot and cooked quite well however I have to ask myself is it worth waiting an hour and half for? Prehap not. I also reassured staff for the food to be gluten free. They later offered garlic bread as an apology... that is all.

Hadn't been to Longbeach RSL for some time. Wow! Really nice from the moment you step through the front doors. I've had lunch there several times since. Staff are friendly. Food is very reasonably priced. The overall decor presents a calm, peaceful atmosphere. I like the place!

Really looking good after a renovation. Been there after a very very long time and was pleasantly surprised. Well done n keep up the great work. Will certainly come by for a meal later on.

I ordered the most expensive item on the menu, lamb shanks. I'm was happily eating them, not paying too much attention, when I put a fridge cold bite of un rendered fat in my mouth. To say I was surprised, was an understatement. The taste, horrendous...

Anyhow, I ask the management to charge me what they think my meal was worth, I also was eating with my ten year old daughter, so wasn't looking for a massive scene, I was thinking zero, but they still charged me for the edible food served.

I however, got home, and have spent the entire night in the toilet, and have a disgusting taste in my mouth. I have still parted with my money for this experience, and still had no dinner...

Avoid this place, it's not like lamb shanks at $38 a plate are hard to cook. Do all places cook them and then put in the fridge? Clearly microwaved.

I'll tell 200 people about this experience, all locals, people from school, clients, business people, anyone that values there healthy eating.

My partner suggested, because I was so sick, I should write to them, well they still charged me, and now I'm writing a poor review. ....

We've been living in this area for about 6 months, but only realised this place was here tonight. We had a delicious mushroom soup and a minestrone soup (it was the night for soups?) + one of us also tried the pork. All meals were really excellent, tasty and gorgeously presented. The service was great too! The place was recently renovated and looks beautiful with a nice ambience. I would highly recommend this place to visit for both the food and the atmosphere experience.

I have driven past this RSL many times and never actually gone inside. Tonight we decided to give it a go and were pleasantly surprised. Not only was it very neat with great table service but the food was fantastic

Certainly a grand feel inside and one of the more upper class RSL.
The service was friendly and efficient.
The prices I thought was a bit on the steep side, ie $29 for a burger and chips.
I got the satay chicken meal with a share chips.
Both good quality and tasty meals.
Clearly a popular dish as a few tables had it served to them.
Food wait times, quite reasonable considering how busy they were.
Recommend booking and before leaving, taking a look at the displays.

The staff and food are absolutely amazing, As a current serving member of the ADF I couldn't recommend the advocate team more highly than the team at Long beach RSL. Truly the best meals around
