Had one of the happiest (joy making) work events here in my 30 years of "Corporate hell". Make certain whomever in your org is delegated "Event Planner" knows about this wonderful place. It's astonishingly affordable. It's a ferry ride (& then a short walk or wheelchair ride) from the CBD. It's away from the CBD & feels like you're somewhere else (so you may get to experience how wonderful your colleagues actually are when they're not forced to act in their repugnantly demanding corporate roles). Very bad for the area they won't let anyone in to go to the bathroom so they will continue to lose potential customers due to bad service

Great original Bowlo. I was there to attend a fundraiser for a "don't forget the homeless " mardi gras float. Sunday afternoon. Staff were happy and accommodating to dogs. Great guy singing in the main bar whilst party tunes played in the kitchen / function area.

I wasn't sure what to expect food wise, I'll tell you what....it was beautiful for the price. My salmon was cooked to perfection, and my friends steak, as she put it...superb. Salad and baked potatoes delish.

Great atmosphere, cheap drinks and good bowls. Recommend for an afternoon of playing bowls with friends. I didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food, but looked good from afar. Thanks to Adam and the team for helping us organise our Christmas party. 10/10 recommend.
