We recently visited on a trip from Sydney to Adelaide. The service from the moment we walked in was amazing. Hector made us feel welcome, provided great service & friendly banter. We enjoyed a beautiful Chinese meal and a nice drop of wine. Would highly recommend & hope to visit again soon!

Nice Tucker and quick service. Bloody big meals also. Cost a bit but you get plenty of Wonderful Octtasting Tucker. When the food is good and you get plenty who cares about price. Really the prices aren't bad. Really nice Tucker. Give it a go. All good. Jim

Asian meals were really tasty. Best food we've had all trip. ? We were early in service time and meals were ready 5 minutes or less. Huge selection on the menu with good sized meals. Thanks again!

Excellent Chinese. We had a few dishes including the whole fish and fried rice. Excellent friendly service and well priced meals arrived quickly. Drinks we'll proceed too. Great local RSL.

Club was bustling on Friday night. Good friendly atmosphere but please don't go for the Asian option for dinner. I got Beef Chow Mien, usually a safe option in rural Australia. Half the vegetables and I suspect the beef were soggy leftovers from the roast lunch, dressed up to look like stir fry! . The fried rice and other fried options passing me as I waited looked ok, stick to that!

Where should i began.. we stumble upon this restaurant on our way to Sydney from Adelaide. Didnt expect to find such a GEM in interstate route!!

We ordered (and eaten half before we can take photo lol) fried rice, short soup and sizzling tofu. All meals are cooked to perfection we could not stand to get a takeaway (malaysian chicken curry) just in case we are hungry a bit later on the road.

Vincent the server was great and food are awesome. Very warm and reminds me of food i had back in Asia.

If you are a fan of chinese-malaysian-indonesian style food you cant miss this restaurant. All the best guys!

The bar staff were fabulous but the food in the club is perhaps the worst meal I have ever been served. I could not chew the sizzling beef- dry and clearly precooked and reheated. The honey chicken was also tough and hard to cut with a knife. The rice was cold. Plus we waited over 40 mins to be served. So disappointing.

We've had some dodgy country town Chinese. This wasn't that. Nice and tasty food. The chilli chicken wings I'd have again.
When there are few options in town, it is nice that one of the options is a winner.

I attended this Club this evening. They have Asian food on offer tonight. Viewing some of the dishes being brought out, they looked quite delicious! Unfortunately my own experience was not so good. I ordered "Malaysian chicken Curry" from the menu, from the breathless waitress, who literally ran everywhere! The dish was delivered. It was meat chunks, in sauce in a small bowl. I was told then, that rice needed to be ordered separately. Another trip to the counter and the breathless waitress. Rice ordered and delivered in quick time! Once I started eating the dish, I realised that the meat was actually beef, not chicken! I kept going but I found the dish had little or no flavour/taste. I have a rule not to order Asian food unless it's on Asian run premises. In this case, the chef and waitress were Asian, so I surmised wrongly, that this would be different. To be fair to the chef, when I spoke directly with him and pointed out 1. It had no flavour/taste 2.The meat was beef and not the chicken I ordered, he apologised and offered to cook me the chicken dish. Too late for that, but he accepted the feedback graciously. No refund offered.

Food was very tasty, hot & fresh. Young man delivered our food was very friendly & very quick thorough with table clean up. Wished us a good night & a thank you. Warm & we would visit again.

We've been coming to this RSL for about 10-15yrs and always have a Chinese meal every time we visit. This time was excellent which doesn't mean before wasn't but boy the best ever visit! Well done chefs my husband was like a kid when his deep fried fish in soy sauce was presented and said he could eat just that everyday so must be good. Great place a must to visit when passing.

Serving sizes are most generous, and food was delicious, everyone was happy with their choice. It was quite busy the night we were there and therefore took quite a while for table to be cleared - which made coffee time a bit "uncomfortable" . Loved the shuttle service from caravan park! Most appreciated.

Absolutely top Chinese food that we originally thought would not be.
We were so surprised but equally just as happy to be mistaken.
It was so popular with the locals.
A must try at this very friendly club in Balranald.

Had grilled barramundi for about $23 but had a big portion and the salads were good. The price of the drinks however felt a bit high but otherwise ok.

Busy club with friendly staff. The restaurant was excellent, the Malaysian lady in the Bistro ran around doing the work of 2 people. Was fantastic and deserves a pay rise.

Great RSL , Huge choice of meals , Asian and Aussie cuisine, we had T bone and scotch fillet .Both were cooked as we wanted , tell by the empty plate.

Stopped in here on the way too and from Adelaide. Great, friendly staff. Shout out to the young guy behind the counter at the bar. He gave us a breakfast recommendation for the next day, remembered us on the way back, and he was genuinely really nice. Food from the bistro was also above average! Great options for vegetarians, and good mix of chinese and australian good. Would go here again if I'm ever out that way.

Absolute worst Chinese food we have ever had. Bland. Had to drown it in soy sauce to give it any flavour at all. The young lad serving and taking orders was run off his feet, but unfortunately the food was terrible

Had a very tasty Chinese meal here. The steamed Dim Sims were the best I have had in years!

Beautiful, do yourself a favour dine here if passing though Balranald?

They were the only food open on the long weekend. Had a very nice chicken schnitzel burger.

Had meals here before, but with wife, and shared those meals. Decided to see what a full meal by myself would be like.
Chose to eat in function room and not restaurant, as was quieter, and I could see the news.
Short soup to start: bloody quick. Hot too!
Main meal, Chow Mein veggies with fried noodles: bloody beautiful!
Would definitely recommend!

Great place for a truck driver to stop for a awesome meal and the staff are the friendliest you will find. Definitely will be back again and again

What a hidden gem!!! Can't say I had high expectations but the Chinese food here is pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the menu here is free of MSG and gluten.I ordered the Szechuan combination sizzling plate and mixed veggies in oyster sauce. I was expecting the veg to be overcooked and on the soggier side but this came out firm and tender.Would come back here next time I pass through Balranald.

The club was clean, staff friendly, food came out extremely fast, hot and of generous quantity. The chinese dishes were delicious, I dare say the best I have eaten at, including some of the large chinese restaurants in Sydney.
