Went to Kicken-in for lunch.
Food was great only problem was that asked for sauce on the side with the martini prawn glass and they poured all the sauce on top.

My family and I always visit this restaurant. One time, it's better one time, not so good. But we went this Friday and were shocked. All the food was extremely umfresh. The seafood was so old, I mean, those poor crabs must have been in the freezer since..... and the meat inside was black and bitter.
The cold cooked prawns were so hard to peel and the meat was dry.
The hot meats seem to be from last week, not mentioning the Asian ducks and chickens. Used to be tasty, but now they are over and over frozen and then cooked.
But the fresh cooked fish like salmon, mackerel was nice, fresher than anything else.
So please keep on bringing the fresh fish and fried fish wings.😊
P.S. it's absolutely hilarious how they charge $4 for a paper cup if you want a drink.

The star buffet was a great dining experience. A wide variety of all you can eat food, all fresh ingredients and made with delicious flavours. Nothing disappointed literally every single food served was delicious and flavoursome. Fish, chicken, beef, and roasts. Sweets, desserts, and even the sushi were all great options to enjoy! Can't wait to go again.

I had dinner at star buffet, mine was free as it was my birthday, but my husband had to pay 33$. Food is of good quality, we are vegetarian so could not eat much as there were few options. The food and dessert was good. Those eating meat can really enjoy.

I would like to share a great experience I had on Wednesday, 27 March (around 6pm) with your staff member, James, who works at the front desk reception. His positive 'can-do' attitude left a lasting impression on me. Coming from an ex-Customer Service Manager, I can confidently say that James embodies all the qualities that make for exceptional customer service.

James greeted me with a warm smile, engaged in meaningful conversation, offered assistance promptly, and effectively highlighted what Bankstown RSL has to offer. His dedication to providing an excellent customer experience is commendable.

However, I did not have the same positive experience with a female colleague working at the door. Her abrupt manner and rudeness towards customers, even when it wasn't busy, were disappointing. Such behavior could deter potential patrons from entering the club.

I want to applaud James for his outstanding work ethic and his professionalism and demeanor serve as a valuable example for other staff members to mirror.
