Wow! Bullinginya Dreaming is incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the way you can go at your own pace and experience it without rushing along. We loved how interactive it all is. Really a very special adventure right here on our doorstep! Thank you!

Great golf weekend package and not over priced!
Bridges Villas accommodation was perfect and the Sporties Barooga club is quite nice with good meals. My only issue/negative was no pool tables in the sports bar, but the virtual golf looked like fun. Will definitely be back.

We stayed there last weekend in April, 2024. Our accommodation was at Bridges. Which is about 600 metres away from Sporties. Was no big deal for us but some may find it a pain.
Our room was beautiful and had most modern cons. Although a toaster wouldn't go astray. It is a bit isolated from Sporties itself and at night you really notice it.
The Sporties club itself was great. Had a bistro, cafe, sports bar and other forms of entertainment. Golf simulators also. Mini golf outside as well.
Our meals were very nice. Menu didn't change but had good selection.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Would go back again in

The bistro was quite busy for a Wednesday night. Do NOT order the Roast chicken. Despite far too much onion and enough gravy. There was no flavour and it was really tough. REALLY. It was perhaps like it was boiled. The whole meal was like it was a one pot mix. But it didn't get tender, or tasty. Oh and don't go for the Steak night special. Unless you are a member it's full price. Hint. Maybe a schnitzel and chips. Would be safer. I should have sent it back.

Compliments to Harrison, working in the bistro tonight. He was a very pleasant young man, who amazed us with his work ethic. We were very impressed.

We ordered the Garlic Prawns Linguine from the bistro, it had no taste, except for the 5 prawns, my husband had 6 prawns in his so I was diddled a prawn,definitely NOT worth the $26 a plate, even the few parmesan shavings had no taste, the whole meal had the taste sucked out of it. We had to have a cup of soup when we got back to our caravan just to make sure we hadn't picked up a bug, but everything was tasting fine after that. Best to eat our own cooking
The pokies gave us some fun at the start but then we lost again.

The golf courses were in great condition and the accommodation was outstanding. Also the club facilities were great and meals magnificent. The staff were also fantastic, friendly and made the stay so much more enjoyable.

My son and I both love the food here and look forward to the roulette game on Tuesday, so we have dinner here every Tuesday, and luckily my name was drawn tonight, so I picked up my son and let him turned to the roulette, at the moment no one stopped me and told me that this is not allowed, after the roulette wheel is stuck on the jackpot, the host told me he have to check the rule, and then you guys told me that the jackpot we switched to does not count, I am confused, if my son is not allowed to turning the roulette, why the host doesn't told me in the first time, And told us it didn't count after my son luckily get the jackpot! ? This confuses and very disappoints me, I don't think we'll be looking forward to this game anymore.

Always love having dinner at Sporties. Not just because I don't have to cook...but because the meals here are so hearty, filling and delicious!!! It was my birthday yesterday (17/07/1970) and turning 53 is another milestone for me. I was blessed to have the opportunity to celebrate it at Sporties with family and good friends. We all enjoyed our meals and played a few of the games available in the Bunker...( there were hardly any leftovers!!!) And cannot wait to come back again this weekend for more fun & games!!! Still yet to try the Cocktail Happy Hour at Nineteen 81!!!

Amazing complex. Staff are very friendly and happy to assist. Have spent four days in Barooga and I'm lost for words. Will certainly be back. Well Done Sporties.

Awesome 3 days. The staff in Pro Shop, restaurant, reception and everywhere was amazing. So welcoming, polite and engaged with customers. We are already planning to come back next year. Special mention to Peter who was on the course in the cart selling drinks and food.

Dinner for 3 on Mother's Day. Booked in for 530pm, not busy. Ordered drinks at the bar first. Older gentlemen bartender, very helpful and pleasant. Showed to our table. Not informed of specials. Ordered meals. A members 3 course meal was ordered. Soup never came, which caused issues with the pricing, as the main and dessert was more expensive than the 3 course meal that was not received in full. The cheesy garlic bread was average, and the garlic bread was even worse. Hardly any flavour of garlic at all. Chicken salad was swimming in dressing. Lambs fry with bacon, and gravy was ok, not a large meal for a main. Lamb roast was ok, but not great. Staff were very apologetic for the soup not coming. The butterscotch pudding was tasty. Overall, the whole experience was very average. Probably wouldn't go back.

Nice place. Two night stay at Bridges Villas. Rooms are really well sound proofed. We had complimentary breakfasts which were good. Breakfast staff were really great, Guliana very helpful, kind, and good sense of humor.

We went there for digital golf and a feed , pizza's are pre fab but nice enough and the burger was great. The hourly rate for the screen time seemed expensive at purchase but it was well worth the money ! It has a must try mini golf course and although we didn't play a round the golf course looks amazing as is the job the green keeping staff do !

Booked dinner reservation on line. Emails received confirming dinner was booked. Get there on night and name not listed on booking sheet. They fit us in after showing email train. Had to chase someone down after 35min for order to be taken. No apology received for that. Waited a long time for food to arrive (1hour 40min had passed from seated to meal arrival). No apology for that either. Rump Steak was 1/4 fat and gristle (disgusting). Was not asked how meal was when going to pay. Registered complaint next day when cancelling booking for another night later in the week. Extremely disappointed as have eaten here before on Golf trips without issue.

First time at Sportiea last night, and definately won't be the last.
Meal was amazing (highly recommend the crispy pork belly) , service was great, and good drink specials throughout the night.

Nice and tidy spacious family friendly spaces in all areas. Restaurant has a great range of pup style meals which were served quickly and to a good standard.

The worst experience , food was horrible low in quality and over priced. Found a dead fly in my salad , even though i raised it with restaurant staff they said it was just a missed and not even provide a compensation.
Avoid this place , getting a takeaway from maccas is wiser choice.

Our group of 30 had a great experience while staying and playing despite crumby weather and too many mossies which of course are not your fault.
GOLF - On course we were looked after magnificently by Dave who couldn't do enough for us. One improvement might be for someone to run a drinks and snack cart instead of returning to the club each time to fill an individual request. The Pro shop staff were on the ball too. Thanks to All
SPORTIES Club - We found dining was very good. Table ordering was quick and food delivered quite quickly thereafter. There were no complaints about it either.
Your assistance when one of our members became ill (He is well recovered now) was just fantastic thanks to you and he couldn't have been better looked after. We will be returning again

Food service was very poor and not worth the wait. Coffee and cake is not serviced together. It's a ridiculous wait for your coffee.

Staff are all over the place with courtesy. Some do not seem to be trained in customer relations. Not sure being told 'we can't get staff' is a satisfactory explanation to attitudes of the staff on the floor.

The staff here were excellent. We were made too feel very welcome. Good meals, friendly atmosphere it was a great place to relax and unwind after golf .

Visited for a Saturday lunch to say I was disappointed would be understatement. Burger undercooked and had to be returned , chips the worst and my wife's meal ordinary. Don't claim your kitchen staff take pride as there was none. To top it off the order was wrong. Won't be back.

Sportiest have gone downhill, restaurant food very ordinary, do not dine there any more, dance floor removed for gaming machines, very little atmosphere to enjoy.

The meal looked lovely but the pork crackling was chewy and the bed of mash was dry, although other dishes that came to the table were well received.

Stayed recently nearby and enjoyed dinner at your restaurant.
Had excellent coffee at the cafe made by Giuliana on multiple occasions.
Very disappointed with (lady) bar manager's attitude when asked to make a Rusty Nail cocktail only to be told "we don't serve multiple shots!"

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Planned an enjoyable lunch with family to celebrate a special occasion; but instead was very disappointed. 3 meals ordered: 2 of them were overcooked, greasy and cold. The 3rd was only just warm. Meals were definitely not worth the price we paid. We had been regulars at the Sporties years ago and loved the food; but we won't be planning to go back any time soon after this experience.

This is an amazing place. I spent quite a bit of time here during Dec-Jan holiday period. My 8yo daughter and I had a great time on the mini golf course and at the Bunker. The whole family enjoyed numerous meals here (breakfast, dinner, snacks) and they were well priced and tasty. It's set in tranquil surrounds. There's nothing quite like Sporties.

Steak night was OK only, the steak, whilst cooked to my liking was a tough old bullock ?

When in town playing golf, a great place for an after round beer. Dinner is one of the better pub grubs ive had. Ribs to die for

Very nice meal liked the half meals $14 very reasonable. Great band on a Saturday night with lots of eating and drinking and dancing. Really enjoyed it. The bus picked up a group of us from the RACV resort which was very well organised.

Much better than expected. Food was above expectations. Staff really good. Recommended.

Great venue, good food. Been here a few times for different events and all have been great!

Breakfast took about 50 minutes. Coffee and juices too. Breakfast came out cold. This is a management fiasco. Staff from both the kitchen and front of house are walking around aimlessly and without any urgency. They're more interested in having a chat than doing the work.No accountability. No drive. Come here for a beer - but perhaps give the the breakfast shift a miss.Bonus loss of points for unnecessary use of plastic on straws, utensils etc.Serving sizes were generous. But cold.

Awesome place. Great place for boys golf weekend. Updated bar and beer garden. Now golf pro shop has now been relocated here all in one area. Thumbs up
