Had a meal.here both nights I stayed at Byron Bay back in October, The hospitality and the staff were very welcoming, and the food was exceptional, , would definitely recommend coming here for a meal with family friends or by yourself , you won't be disappointed, will definitely come again if ever I'm in Byron Bay again .?

Kitchen was really helpful to serve us on the last 10 minutes before they closed for lunch at 2 pm. We had the snapper taco which was really marvellous. Nice combo of Asian cabbage with purple cabbage, something crunchy along with the deep fried snappers which is fried to perfection.
Good place to hang out for a few booze with friends or just enjoy the quite solitude to have a"me" time with a favourite book and a pint of beer.
Missus went to play on the game machine and lady in the counter was very friendly and helpful to assist her to claim the money.
In general, really a chill place for beers and food.

Good venue for lunch or dinner. Definitely a step above the usual Club style dining experience. The food is good. The pizzas are really nice and there are daily specials. The dining area is really pleasant, especially the annex area. Good value and nice wines available. Very good value for money.

The receptionist helped my friend with dementia sign in. We had a lovely greeting and a nice table. The small roast is great value and the staff are welcoming.

Last night we attended the Bistro and was served up a very poor roast Lamb dinner, Jess (bistro manager))was extremely apologetic and offered us a free drink and a credit for the next nights meal. We attended tonight and had the most delicious tasty meal I have had in a long time. Well done Jess you are a credit to the club. They are very lucky to have such a dedicated staff member. Thank you for making our night special.

Have been here twice for lunch now. Fantastic roasts that are excellent value (certainly don't want eat again that day). Staff are all friendly and the venue is clean and tidy. Easy drive from the Gold Coast. Can definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

We just had a fantastic dinner tonight. Good range of choices and we chose pizza, pork chop, very lean & pre-sliced, chicken parmy with great coleslaw & tasty chips, as well as roast of the day, flavoursome Toowoomba beef, very tender.
Although a busy night, the wait wasn't very long, staff extremely friendly and we took part in the prawn raffle. A very happy, local experience. Thank you, highly recommend.

Ordered a schnitzel and chips, and the heap of garbage I got served to me was like oily crumbed leather and a child's handful of cold soggy kfc chips.
I'm serious, I dropped them on the counter and said this is ridiculous ! They refused a refund and said go away.
I had to wring the b@stars dry of oil!
The thing nearly slipped and shot outta me dam hands!
This place puts kfc to shame!

The club & bar staff were great, very friendly & welcoming, but our lunch, from the bistro wasn't. We ordered the Hoki. It was oily, all batter with a little bit of fish inside, which was dried up & tasteless. Very disappointed.

Hands down one of the best rsl clubs in NSW, the food is exemplary and the pool table is nothing short of F.U.N

Good food and service. Great supervised kids club facilities for 3-12years. Our 2-year-old loved playing in there with us.

The menu has gone way downhill, my girls wanted burgers ( that used to be great ). They had none, not much choice of much.

We had roast of the day. Roast Pork. Very nice. Staff were lovely and friendly.

I will preface this by saying that we came here right on dinner time on a very busy Saturday night. We have come here twice previously on weekdays and not had any issues whatsoever,

Unfortunately, our last visit was a disaster. Our meals came out all over the place with some meals arriving 45mins before another, mains coming out before being told they had run ourt of the starters and one meal being substituted - again, because they had run out but didn't ask and just brought out a different dish (although they did also provide a refund at the same time). Medium-rare steak was somewhere between medium and well done and came with less chips than the kid's portion. Clearly the staff were trying very hard to make everyone happy, but they were completely out of their depth and about as organised and proficient as a backpacker in a rip.

Sour staff that obviously don't want to be there. They have no time for children or the elderly a big percentage of their customer base. Would recommend Ballina RSL much better staff.

Food was good but made a mistake with meals. One came out then ages before the second. Like to eat together normally. My Gnocchi was good but a very small serve for $23.00 only 5 ? In sauce more like an appetizer. Club very clean and friendly ?.

This is a terrific venue. Coeliac safe- 4hrs later after calamari - no reaction. Service was great. Cleanliness high. Service staff excellent

We heard there was a new chef doing great things, so headed on down for a dinner on our last night in Byron. We ordered the specials and had one of the best restaurant meals ever. We found a nice spot by the windows to enjoy our house cured gravlax and perfectly cooked lamb. What a find!!
