Canowindra Bowling Club could actually stay open until close. Had a party there but the girl behind the bar told us to end our party quite early at 9:38pm.. Very disappointing. If you are having a party of any kind and want to have a good night, I do not recommend the Canowindra Bowling Club. Take your business elsewhere.

Really nice place but having been told they close at 12am and finding out management are telling people to leave at 10pm and having to finish our well going party because management and employees wanted to go home. After this horrible experience I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.

Very unhappy with the management at Canowindra bowling club! How very rude of you to kick people out way earlier than closing time! Never ever again am I stepping foot into that place. Absolutely disgusting behaviour! You close at 12am!! Not 10pm!!!

This is a bowling club. Okay, once you have the decor and vibe in mind, then prepare to be impressed by the food.Best country/Aussie Chinese food I've had, you can tell when they have good cooking techniques. There was delicious 'wok breath' and well balanced flavours in all the dishes. The char sui noodles were my favourite but the fried rice was also good. Dishes came out promptly and without fuss. The only thing I wished was that there were more noodles, it was mostly pork (so good value but I'm used to more noodles).
