It's a top club. Unlike most clubs, the people are their priority, not the poker machines.
Great facilities. Bathrooms perfect. Staff very friendly, and to too rushed, so they take care of you. Kitchen is a bit slow, but the quality and value definitely worth it.
Of course, it's Casino so order the beef.
Conference rooms are below par... poor lighting, no sound proofing.

Was very disappointed with our meals, $30 for 3 pieces of pork which were beautiful but a poor mango salad, satay chicken as a main $25 first piece of chicken was very pink close to being raw it turned me off the rest of the chicken, rice was nice with the sauce, went to pay for the meal was asked how was my meal, I told them it was disappointing as my chicken was not cooked properly, the lady said oh I'm sorry to hear that, would you like your receipt.
The meals I had last time were absolutely beautiful, not sure what's happened

The first time here and the club was nice, it self.
As for the food for lunch, the club needs to get a new chef. Food was not cooked properly, stuffed up my order, and other meals dry over cooked and under cooked and tasted horrible the rissoles tasted like cardboard. The only way to describe the meal and food here is bloody disgusting. Will never return again. I highly recommend that you find another place to eat in Casino to eat. My family that lives there will never be going back again. Wish i could give it a negative star rating.

Lovely club. Looks like it's been refurbished recently. Looks great. Had lunch in the bistro. Great food. They actually have a seniors menu. For $18 I got perfectly cooked steak and delicious veggies. Hubby got garlic bread and seafood basket, all delicious. 10/10

So apparently you pay $26 for a side salad... this is what I was presented with after receiving two Caesar salad from the RSM tonight, both looking just a poor as each other. Taste I can't fault but it's truely not worth $26 and I am really disappointed and annoyed that this is what I got after spending $52 for both salads. To be honest i feed my rabbit more which is saying something. I really don't think I'll be returning.

We attended a private function there, in one of the function rooms. Well catered with alternate drops for the mains and dessert. A well stocked bar was open for those who so desired to avail themselves of the service. Will return to check out the facilities downstairs.

Service is friendly and efficient. Had two meals here and unfortunately they were both disappointing. Had steak the first night which was over cooked and the Dianne sauce was straight from a packet, had the chicken schnitzel sandwich the second time, which was again overcooked and tasteless. Very disappointing as I was recommended to come here. Drinks were nice and cold!

Can not give no stars so it gets a 1, took family out for a meal, the toddlers meal came and then staff tried to take away our drinks before we got our mains, went to see staff an hour after ordering and were told we'd been served 4 meals already, only got 1 kids meal. Argued with us until they finally admitted fault, then they refused to refund for meals not provided and insisted we needed to stay to receive our meals that would be recooked, no thanks. I should expect nothing less from a knockoff RSL

staff were great, my partner had a amazing pork roast that was super yummy. What let it down was my $27 seafood platter. I'm used to it being made by the chef , first time I have seen it come out like packaged frozen seafood that had been reheated in the oven. I was so disappointed. But go, just don't order the seafood platter

Went with friends to celebrate my birthday and enjoyed a beautiful meal. A lovely girl took our order and when we were leaving she chased after us as my husband had left his jacket at the table.

Amazing food. Excellent service. Staff accommodated for my fussy needs. Will definitely be back again in the future.

Over the weekend as a visitor to Casino I enjoyed a couple of visits to the RSM Club but on Monday during a visit to the gaming room I was disgusted and appalled by the behaviour of a female guest who used disgusting language for over 2 hours which the staff ignored. When fianally asked to quieten by one staff member she continually screamed for the manager and stated " they won't throw me out I spend too much money here " A local also at the Club stated " this is normal behaviour of this woman when she visits the gaming room.". I'm sure if I behaved in the same manner I would be removed immediately. Why was this lady allowed to behave in such a manner and allowed to stay. I advised staff on leaving.. one of who saw this women's obnoxious behaviour.. who said I should have made a complaint.!! As far as I am concerned staff were fully aware of her behaviour and should have removed the woman.

The food never lets you down and staff in restaurant are friendly, will come back again?

Came here on 30/6/22 my wife and I both ordered the chicken Parma it was terrible chicken was a bit soggy the sauce tasted like tomato paste with melted cheese. The chips were terrible tasted like the oil needs changing in the fryer. We were both sick that night and I was vomiting for a few hours. We are a bit disappointed we just signed up for 5 years and have been for dinner 3 times and have been disappointed on every occasion. Feel like we wasted our money on the membership. Not even wanting to go back. Staff are nice and friendly.

What a huge delight! The restaurant offers such well presented meals that are very nicely cooked. Such wonderful choices and great service. Not your "normal" RSM style for meals.

Dinning in with my wife was a bad experience , our order was taken and paid for early? with vouchers ..after waiting patiently 40 mins we asked why our dinner hadn't arrived only to be told that they had lost the order and nothing was cooking ...their compensation for this huge mistake was a bowl of chips while they started to cook the meals ( a large chicken schnitzel and a rump stake ), in all it took 1 hour to for or dinners to arrive the meal was missing one schnitzel, very poor service.

Steak from the Beef Capital should be spot on. Unfortunately it was not. Sent it back and it was slightly better the second time around.Signature kebabs should be something to be proud of. They were not. Meat was a bluey green colour. Presentation means nothing if it is unpalatable.Positives were the sides, brilliant fried rice and noodle salad and a wonderful young gentleman with glasses immediately apologised and offered a refund after a lengthy back and forth with the chef who wanted to charge me because I ate the sides?!?!This was a disappointing dining experience, I will not be returning as there are many other superior options available in the town.You can do much better Casino RSM.

Fantastic dinner - perfect S+P squid and crunchy onion rings for starters. The seafood chowder was so good and filling that we had trouble finishing and couldn't make it to dessert. If you're after some drinks, you MUST try the apple pie cinnamon cocktail (? can't remember the exact name) shown in the photo below- it is the BEST cocktail! The bistro area is well-lit and very chilled, great place to have a nice dinner with friends/colleagues/family.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food and its service is extremely well presented. The club and its staff are to be commended.

A decent club in the heart of the CBD. Pokies, bars and places to eat. Staff friendly and helpful. Odd outdoor smoking area with an air conditioner pouring its coolness into the hot air!
