Ordered and paid for food, waited patiently for more than 45 minutes. Noticed staff appeared to be closing the kitchen. Went over and asked would our food be much longer? Staff member said,oh, didn't you get your food?
Oh, our kitchen has closed. Chef kindly offered to cook Parmas which was all he could do. As I'm celiac I can't eat those. He apologised to me, not his fault though. Waitress assured me she had put our order through correctly. Chef didn't receive a meal ticket, so it wasn't cooked. I was livid by now. Then I had to stand around and wait for several minutes for a refund to be organised. I expected a lot better from an RSL. Manager didn't bother to applogise at all. Left it to the chef to deal with. I'm sure if the chef was managing, the place would run a lot smoother. Kids and I left hungry and very angry. Didn't even finish our drinks I was too angry to stay any longer.
