Came here for a weekend. Pretty much cannot fault much. I'll start with the accommodation. It's not 5 star but the rooms were clean and looked great. I found the bed a bit soft for my liking. The TV had full Foxtel option, and the showers and rootlets toilets were nice and clean and well maintained. Now the club. Typical club choices for beer. Would have liked to have seen more options. The staff were all great, and hard working people. Credit to them all. The food was ok. For lunch I had the southern fired chicken burger. The chicken was over cooked in the fryer which gives it an off taste. But, otherwise it was a good burger. The included chips were great. Over all it was a good sized meal. Shame the cook can't watch the fryer. The Tapas we had at dinner was all very nice. The sauces included with the different foods were tasty and the tapes dishes well presented. The club had plenty of the usual club facilities. The toilets were well cleaned and looked after ( I literally went to three different toilets ) The live bands was good entertainment as well after 8. Over all not a bad place to spend a weekend.

The room was beautiful that we stayed in. Unfortunately our meals at the club was a big disappointment. Our steaks were like chewing on an old leather boot and for the price very small piece of steak and our toppers looked watered down. Couldn't fault the staff. Very friendly.

Went to the bistro for dinner on a Tuesday, the staff were friendly and talkative. The food is delicious and are large portions for the price. I had the house made quiche with salad and it was brilliant. The desserts were cute and tasted perfect. I would recommend stopping by as a small group for a relaxed, tasty dinner.

Eat elsewhere. Very ordinary food at premium prices. I doubt a qualified chef is doing the cooking. Restaurant manager has zero customer service skills and won't listen to feedback. There is no dessert menu, they closed the ice cream bar at 8pm while there were people still eating their meals. The food is poor value compared to other clubs and restaurants. The twice cooked pork looked like it had been thrown in a deep fryer, soggy chewy 'crackle' and overcooked meat. The 'tapas' menu isn't proper Spanish style tapas, just spring rolls, dumplings and camembert, all wildly overpriced for what it is. Just don't eat here.

Had booked a table for 10 for lunch on Saturday. They lost my booking. Thankfully a table of 15 cancelled so we got that. Ordered the Macquarie pizza which was supposed to have ham pepperoni and chorizo on it. Found one slice of pepperoni cut in pieces. Very sad. Rocky road ice cream was amazing.

Amazing rooms, clean and tidy the staff are very friendly and welcoming, had dinner there every night we stayed and the food was great the all you can eat buffet breakfast is the best.

Lovely food, staff nice and a good place to take the kids with the games room keeping them entertained

Went to the club with a mate to celebrate his Birthday and buy him Lunch, the staff were very friendly and professional. We ordered Steaks, medium rare with the garlic prawn sauce. When we received our meals, the steaks were more medium well done than medium rare. We were disappointed with the meals as the cost was at restaurant prices rather than club.

First time I've been to this club. A very satisfying experience. Friendly staff, easy parking. Went to the bistro for dinner. Meals were very nice all round the tables orders. Great price even for non members. Chef had cooked the steak to perfection. Will be back again soon.

Went for lunch. I wrongly chose the carbonate fettuccine. It was not very nice and quite a small portion. The food is usually good. They are very rigid with making small changes with the meals. eg. You can't swap bok choy or peas for regular vegetables. Therefore I had to go with pasta. Others in our group were satisfied.

We visited this restaurant for lunch and was blown away by their Sri Lankan-style crab dish - it was easily one of the best crab meals I've ever had, and the chef deserves serious kudos. In addition to this standout dish, the restaurant offers a wide variety of other menu items that are equally delicious.

We had a great night with all our volunteer Scouting Commissioners from the Hunter & Coastal area.
We were in the Sunset room and I would highly recommend it if you have a gathering of around 50 people.
The set up was great ,the meal was amazing and great value for money.
Hats off to the cook Daniel the meat was perfect and Kay for checking everything was how we wanted it to be.

The bed was very comfortable and the view was fantastic, great location especially if you played golf, then would have given 5 stars

Absolutely horrible, fish provided with a nice side of severe food poisoning. Clearly the chefs just throw everything in the microwave for 5 minutes and hope for the best.

Have been here twice in 2 weeks, 1st time the chicken ceaser salad had half cooked chicken, sent it back and got sick of waiting and got my money back. 2nd time we waited 3/4 of an hour for our meals and when we got them they were cold. I think they need to look at getting a new chef.

Food was good, typical Aussie pub style. Breakfast was also nice, not bad getting a discount because we stayed at the hotel. Would recommend joining the club even if outside the area as the discounts all add up for food and drinks. Pokie area was good and clean. The only downside I found was that the baby change room was with the disabled toilet and was not a nice experience for baby or someone who would need the toilet as you would need to wait.

Asked for no beans, only ended up with carrot which tasted like it wasn't cook properly & the roast beef wasn't good.
Potato & pumpkin were ok.
Daughter had a few bites & couldn't eat anymore & I only ended up eating half.
Service was decent though.

Dining atmosphere is ok. The food at the bistro was HORRIBLE.
Overpriced and underwhelming. Garlic sauce tasted like flour and was gluggy, the crumbed lamb cutlets were completely crumb.
Typical frozen food used in the seafood basket, DEB mashed potato used as a side.
The lady that took our order 'Carolyne' or something along them lines was rude when I asked for my salad in a bowl - (it come on the plate in the end).
Save your money and go elsewhere for a meal.

Our stay here was fabulous, the room was lovely and spotlessly clean(Gold Suite)the bed was super comfortable.. All the staff throughout the club were lovely..
The noise from the trains want the best tho :(
Buffet breakfast was amazing on Saturday morning unfortunately today(Sunday morning) wasn't so great, there was some hot food, no juice, no toast, no muffins, no fruit toast, no hot water for coffee/tea.. We have a 4 hr drive home and was really looking forward to a hot cuppa and some fruit toast :( I brought the lack of breakfast options up upon checkout and was told that a note will be made about it, but was still charged :(
Off to maccas for a cuppa :/

Dining atmosphere was pleasant. The food itself was not very nice for the price paid. Two meals had cold chips. The size of the meals were good. The club itself could use a bit of a modern refurbishment and they might attract a bigger crowd. Off the dining bucket list now though.

This place met our expectations and more. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and Anne was friendly and super helpful.
The motel room was exceptional. And very comfortable

Pleasant atmosphere, good meals at reasonable cost. Reception attendant rude and offensive, other staff friendly.

Pretty good friendly service, I just got one drink& some water, & got chips outside at food van, went to see the band 80s to the max. Love them! It was a great really fun afternoon!

On 17.4.21 had a birthday function. Staff were fantastic, venue room was great. Could not recommend a better site for a family celebration.

Love this place the food is fantastic value for money. The kids areas are fabulous. Staff all friendly.

Waited 40 minutes for meal. Went up to ask why is it was taking so long. Said oh the docket didn't go through to the kitchen. Will take another 10 mins. Well all up waited 1 hour. No apology. No offer of say a garlic bread while your waiting. Nothing. Well once we finally got meals and told the waitress we were not real happy, then noted that they gave us a risotto instead of pasta ordered. Well again had to complain. Got one meal refunded and some deserts.Management has since contacted us and were looking into it and advice they will make improvements

Thought we'd drop in and try the bistro. Bloody nice meals. Food was really good. Big club, and right now with covid, getting in is a minor nuisance. Doorman will help and direct. Beer selections, nor too bad either. Call in and enjoy. Cheers
