Unassuming but incredible, stopped in while down the South Coast and it was beyond expectation. They had the pizza oven outside and the food from the main kitchen was great. You can use cheese as a condiment for your meals which is unbelievable and more venues should offer that. The schnitzel was delicious and well priced. I have already recommended Coledale RSL to some friends and think more people should be stopping in to try it out, nice hearty feel inside and just offers no frills good food and service. They just nail everything you want from a Pub.

A fantastic space frequented by many locals for live music, trivia, events, or just for a drink and a meal in the afternoon sunshine. Sometimes the place is packed and at other times it can be quiet - really depends on the day.

The RSL has a kids room, and an ice-cream fridge. Dogs are allowed in the outdoor spaces.

Nice location, nice atmosphere but the servings at the bistro are woeful. $15 for a kids meal of schnitzel and chips, had I been aware of serving sizes, we wouldn't have ordered. A bowl of chips was a small plate. Would come back for a drink but not food, very disappointing.

What a great venue. Chill atmosphere, a good range of regular and craft beers, nice wine selection and delicious food trucks. Sunday arvo on the deck in the sun with acoustic music, jazz or a DJ is a 10/10 for me. I love that it is run by volunteers and they have a kids room for families. Well done team!

This coastal club has improved 100 times over. The atmosphere is amazing! Largely staffed by super friendly volunteers who are clearly passionate about their Community and being involved in "keeping the Club alive" now there is regular live music, local art, weekly events, different food trucks each day, high quality wine & cocktail selections and impressive craft beer, with the old favourites still available too. This is an awesome venue for families and friends to relax and enjoy the coastal views.

Stopped in for late lunch on our way home to Sydney.... love the food trucks, which vary from day to day. Today, there were two - Mexican and Pizza.... so yummy. Obviously we had both!!! Great service also from the guys in the club. This is definitely our go-to when we come down again. Highly recommended.

Nice little spot for lunch, they only do drinks but have a different food truck each week, we had loaded truffle parmesan fries they were very nice. Service was pleasant and friendly.

I took a group of elderly clients here for lunch at the weekend and we were all so impressed. The new owners were so lovely, they even met our bus as we pulled up outside and helped the clients in. The decor is warm and beachy; we felt like we were somewhere tropical sitting on the deck in the sun! And the BBQ food truck was absolutely delicious. We will certainly be back!

They've rebooted and it's a gentle place for family, a few bevvies, and the sweet spot of an afternoon, watching the sun set over the escarpment. There's history here. Decent food and had fun atmosphere. Many locals meet here for a Saturday afternoon beer and a laugh.

The most AMAZING FOOD. Man this chef knows his stuff. We have been here 5 times in 2 weeks. Food and service fantastic. We coming AGAIN tomorrow night. Price and quality amazing.

Nice and well-run place to stop by for lunch while driving along the south coast. Has seats outdoors and indoors, good food(check out their menu - very funny and helpful for those with fussy kids!), and good staff.

Well!! I thought I'd support the club over the long weekend. I really loved the coffee. The Nachos, though was served with burnt corn chips! Not a generous serve either- just not good enough! Burnt corn chips- what an insult! Definitely won't be ordering that again at $17.50 for members! Most disappointing. I have to add tho, that the food is usually very good, the staff wonderful and the club has great ambience.

We had lunch here just recently. We haven't been out here since covid happened. They have done some reno's that looks really great. The club has a great atmosphere and the staff are lovely. We were disappointed with the meals that we ordered. The food here has always been outstanding and the steak always the best. This time the steak was over cooked and the chips were very over cooked and looked old. The prices had gone up but that happens and we were good with that but the quality is not the same.

Absolutely amazing food! The parmigiana, the curry and the beer-battered fish are some of the best dishes we have ever had out. You can tell that the schnitzel and fish are home-made and fresh, different to every other RSL or club. The portions are overly generous and cannot complain about the prices. I also witnessed that there was an incident where a customer was complaining about his parmi, and the staff exhibited outstanding customer service in solving the situation. Very happy with the experience and we will definitely be returning.

Staff are 5-star welcoming and very helpful for people like me with food allergy issues. The food is good and good value, no complaints! The facilities are pleasant, not glitzy 5-star, which is why we keep coming back; in the latest refurbishment they kept the small-and-local-RSL-club feel that first attracted us.

Food here is amazing. The staff are super friendly and if you sit out you can have water views. The chicken wings, burgers and salmon were all amazing. Overall a very relaxed afternoon.

Good solid pub meals, breakfast included, a decent line up of tap beers and the usual spirits. Wine list is a little thin but it's a great value venue, especially if you take up a membership which is low price but delivers excellent discounts on drinks and food. Recently renovated with an outside deck.

We stopped by for quick bite late evening on our drive back to Sydney. It is a nice friendly place with easy staff and good food.
Kids felt comfy too. Service is understandably slow but makes up with good food that follows.

Love the vibe of this place. From what I've heard it recently got renovated, and now this version is a huge upgrade to the aesthetic. The staff and everyone who works there are super friendly, the only fault I would say is that even though the food is well priced, it's not of the best quality. The salmon was a little dry, so was the chicken, etc. Love that they serve local beers though, so will be back, cheers!

Good local here. Clearly a new manager and it's very cold and clinical like a chain pub. Almost want to say it needs a woman's touch to soften the atmosphere. But food is good, so are the screaming kids that no one does anything about. Oh well that's life

Updated: Nice excuse. Adding photo with the lamb :)Place is nice, staff is very kind and polite. Despite that, for our lamb and steak we had to wait 1h20min (without us there were 4, maybe 5 tables more, can't imagine what happens, when they are busy). Steak was burned, hardly eatable and the lamb's taste was strange, far from good. Tomato juice tasted like water with a spoon of ketchup.

First time here on a Sunday sunny day. Just arrived after midday. 2 meals were ordered. Chicken Szit & cheeseburger meals. Great, superb and well presented. The Head Chef was proactive and spontaneous made sure that the meals are served. Well done.

Awesome customer service down here.Lovely dine in menu with heaps of great options. FYI those spicy beef bean nachos are killer!!! Whoevers in the kitchen whipping those up deserves a raise.Highly recommend stopping by.

An excellent spot to grab brekky at 10am on a Sunday morning. The club has been recently refurbished. Good service. Fast service. Friendly. COVID-safe policies are in place here. Parking outside the club. A great spot to come and relax.

This smallish club is located near the beach alongside busy Lawrence Hargrave Drive. They serve large portions of tasty pub food as can be seen with the Chicken Schnitzel burger which fed two of us. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant.
