**Unfair and Discriminatory Treatment!**

I recently visited the restaurant with my coworkers after a long day of work. We were **denied entry** simply because we were wearing work clothes. Their reasoning? They claimed we were "dirty," even though our clothes were **clean** - just marked with epoxy and glue stains that don't come off, no matter how much you wash them.

It's frustrating to see a place **judge people based on appearance rather than reality.** We weren't sweaty, muddy, or smelly - just workers looking to enjoy a meal like any other paying customer. If you respect **hardworking people** and believe in fairness, I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Avoid this place if you don't want to be **discriminated against for your profession.**

Attended this joint for my wife's birthday tea. 2 meals from Kitchen on Charlotte One lge veal schnitzel with mash & vegs was rung up as small meal. Had to be re rung as the lge meal but was re rung with chips and what passes in most eateries as salad. (Wasn't so long ago the bulk of this mixture was classed as garden weeds and disposed of appropriately). When this meal was presented ALL of the chips were cold. The second meal ordered was lamb, med to well done, with.mash & vegs. At least we got the mash but with salad, no vegs. To top it off the lamb, ordered med. to well done, was bright pink when cut. The bar across from the "kitchen" was attended by two females and one male ALL EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT, to say nothing of the at least 200% mark up on Light Beer stubbies. Needless to say we will never again darken the door step of this establishment and advise ALL & SUNDRY to revise any intention of attending this joke of a club.

Absolutely disgusting. I drove myself and 3 ladies there after an event where I was sober and the 3 ladies had a few drinks! I was told that we weren't being allowed to enter as we where drunk. I said that I drove us here and was sober! He said don't care! Your not wanted in here!

Plenty of parking. Entrance way was nice and was greeted by courteous and friendly staff. We were assisted through the easy log in system and directed into the club. An abundance of seating around the bar and Bistro area. High grade and well maintained toilets. Of course there was an abundance of poker machines if that is your pleasure. We didn't eat there but the prices were such we may return and try the meals.

We recently had dinner here, we ordered from the bistro. Unfortunately there was hair in my daughter's pesto pasta. Such a disappointment. The manager on duty did apologize and provided us with a refund and replacement meal. Service at the counter wasn't friendly or warm. We also had to move because apparently we were sitting too close to the bar as my youngest is under 18. However when we ended up moving with no help from staff to take meals over to the location we were actually sitting closer to another bar ??
