Another Enjoyable Experience had..

Went for lunch with BIL and sister on a Sunday. Food was great as usual. Fast service. Nice atmosphere. Very welcoming. Reasonable prices for members and the public. Would highly recommend it.

The place is spectacular. Just had breakfast at the cafe. ??'?Although short on staff in particular areas of the club.. You will get lost in the Pokies, because there are so many. All in all, it's a great club to visit in Albury.

Wow wow wow, what a spectacular experience. From the second i walked through those front doors i felt welcomed by the incredible staff. Comfortable seating, a plethora of alcoholic beverage options, and all round good vibe made time fly by when trying our luck at the virtual roulette table. The gaming experience simulated a true high roller casino establishment. Administration and security were always able to offer a helping hand when signing into the venue. Congratulations to the owners of this fine piece of infrastructure.

Excellent facilities. So good to see SUPER super fast chargers at Albury; perfect stop between Canberra and Melbourne for us. Facilities within the club were very neat and tidy. Club is also close to major shopping centre/food court on Keiwa St. Let's just say - we won't be stopping at the Wodonga 'super'charger anymore!

Great venue for the Albury Open 8-ball tournament.
Held over 2 floors and played on 30+ tables, the vibe was great, the staff were professional even if they were run off their feet and the food was great value for money.
Highly recommend for the food alone.

It is fantastic to see Commercial Club supporting EVs in such a big way.. 16x V4 Tesla Superchargers is just what Albury Wodonga needed.

9pm, couldn't find coffee in Albury except very neat and clean place called commercial club!! Nice coffee, great mint cheese cake, nice service. Wonder how the meals are!!!

You think it would be a family friendly environment but no, as lunch time entertainment over my average food was what seemed to be a manager bartering their staff
i don't know what the issue was but that is not a discussion you should be having in the middle of the cafe in front of customers, entirely entirely inappropriate

no wonder i hear about the high staff turn over, fix your managers attitudes and stop abusing your employees, disgusting behaviour

What a huge club !
Staff very friendly.

The food is ok if your after a quick bite, nothing fancy. Atmosphere is not for the young at heart, lots of old people, line dancing and feels like you have stepped back in time but this is something others may like!

Absolutely atrocious. Duck gnocchi tasted like puréed tomatoes, no flavour. Staff non attentive at all. Best taster was the makers mark to hide the lack of food tastes.
Not a busy night at all, they all need to pay way more attention to details & flavours

All staff are extremely friendly.
Had dinner at the grill restaurant and it was very good. We were here 2 years ago and there has been a marked improvement.

It was excellent. They engaged the audience and are very talented. Surprisingly good voices.

I think they need to improve their food quality. Such an amazing venue with honestly terrible food. Not edible at all. 3 stars for how nice the venue is and the opportunity. But food, not great.

Discriminate against people that attend other events in the area. Wouldn't let our group of 9 people in because we attended the "Winery walkabout". When questioned security told us "the boss told us so". None in our party were intoxicated, but because we went to a local event 3 hours earlier and were honest about attending we were denied entry. Don't bother spending your money here. Plenty of other better venues around.

The staff allow people to push in and get service rather than serving people in turn. Happened to me on more than one occasion. It is easy, ask who is next. Food is average and service is poor.
Went back the next morning for a coffee and the security guy has to have his power trip. Rather than speak decently he wanted to lecture me on forgetting my id. All around a really ordinary experience and will not be going back. My tip, avoid Albury altogether.

The commercial club is a really good and nice place, they have a really good bottle shop, really good service in the bottle shop.
The staff in all the restaurants need to be a lot more friendly and helpful, and many of them are super arrogant that make people a little uncomfortable. But it's still a good place to go.

Went to Arj Barker. They need to do some work on how they host these shows. They had dining chairs to sit on. By the end of it you aren't watching the show. You just watch everyone squirm from a sore butt. If they are going to do these shows they need to get some proper seats. Otherwise all good

The commercial club is a huge, cavernous airplane hanger of a place. It also has rooms everywhere like a rabbit warren. Even the staff don't know the locations of everything. The management should allow ggl inside to map the whole place.
The staff are really pleasant, happy and helpful. My interaction with them was more than usual as they cooked the wrong meal for me. I wanted to accept what they prepared but they thought I was being critical and complaining. Perhaps they're so used to fussy guests, nevertheless they re cooked my meal. Another 20 mins.
It's confusing, it's old and it's tired but that's my view after just one meal there. If you forget the ambiance it's excellent value and the food is faultless, if you become a member, just a few $'s it's even better value. A modern complete menu which provides everything you'll ever want. Dessert and cakes are excellent.
I'll need to return on 2 or 3 more occasions to really assess the place properly.
All the patrons were happy, even dancing so that's a good sign it's doing something right.

Food is quite good though the staff and service is extremely rude and arogant will never come again just based on customer service alone !
After waiting a hour for our meal we politely asked the staff where our meal was and was told we need to be patient and this is just how it is,With great attitude. Customer service needs to be reviewed

Very well run venue so many pokies for all to enjoy. Even outside area that you can smoke extremely large sports bar.

More than one restaurant. Apparently the Red Room is fantastic, but closed for renovations at moment. Pokies etc. Food is great. Don't have to be a member but only $5 a year to be one to get discounts and go in amazing prize draws. Sorry didn't take any photos but it's nice always busy.

Staff were very helpful, pleasant,polite, meal was very enjoyable, being a Victorian to be able to play the pokies in a smoking area was really great. Terrific venue will visit again. Had a great time.

The meal was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful although the venue was booked out

Had their Reflections plus breakfast $ 17.00 Bacon Sausage Hash Brown Baked Beans 2 Poached Eggs Spinach Mushrooms in garlic butter with 2 slices of sour dough toast was supplied with a share plate & with Earl Grey Tea for Two. Total cost $ 25.00 Delicious, well done to the staff. Great value.

A friend and l like going to the CC, as it is clean, good warm atmosphere and staff are helpful. However the meals are always hit and miss. Roast last week were cool for both meals. Two weeks ago I had the Barramundi which was great although a tad small. I had this again on Saturday and it looked like an entree, also it was missing the lemon dill butter which was present in the first one. Why oh why can't the chefs cook meals the same and keep them hot???

Staff are respectful and happy to see me. I feel welcome and well looked after. The food in the club cafeteria is responsible both in price and quality. With a home cooked feel. Bar staff are friendly and helpful.

Had dinner in the Red Room we will not go again if there are small children in the restaurant. Not the Silver Service experience we wanted. The food was great the service was great. Thanks.

Went to their cafe for 2 nights, roasts were cold and potatoes looked like been cooked for days. generally good. Had to be reheated in microwave. Staff are great, atmosphere great , fantastic venue. But please ...ld rather pay a bit more for decent hot meal.

Generally good, but when I ordered the "Salmon Chicken", I was expecting the salmon component to be a little more predominant, maybe even visible...It was in there, ... but didn't seem to meet expectations. Worse still, when discussed with staff they were aware of the "issue" with the menu. Hopefully resolved soon.

We are staying in Albury from Sydney for the week and decided to eat here as we noticed they offered a seafood platter. We didn't know what to expect, but the quality, portions and flavour of the seafood was fantastic. We also should mention that the service was great too - very friendly and attentive staff. Overall this place is very nice

We are in town for one night. Went for a short walk and saw the club. The desk fellow was very friendly and helpful. We signed in and ordered roast of the day amd bought drinks. The turkey roast and vegetables was magnificent and the serves were huge. My partner could not finish hers . The prices were incredibly cheap and the staff helpful and service speedy. This was a wonderful evening meal in an amazing facility. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Went for dinner while travelling back to Qld from The Island Classic at Philip island.
Location was easy to find and a park at the front door.
Signing in was as easy as production of a out of town licence to be scanned.
We didn't know but it was a smorgasbord dinner night. $22/24 members / non members.
Also a main course was offered for $2 more.
We chose only the smorgasbord as it offered more then enough.
Choices included but not limited to fish,chips,roasts, chicken,ham plus salads,pizza, spaghetti .
Deserts included ice cream, cakes,jellies, custards,slices etc.
Also included was hot drinks or cold water.
I noted they kept the food supply available plus checking to see that sauce's where full and all items attractively displayed.
Tables were cleaned regularly.
The club also offers all the normal amenities such as bars, keno, gambling machines,function rooms, lounge etc.
Regular outside entertainment is offer sold.
