Great for Sunday lunch, and a meal anytime

Went in for early dinner. Not disappointed, really good meals

On the way to the snow, we made a stop for lunch with the family. The steaks were amazing, and the kids' meals were all fantastic. The service we received from the reception, bistro, and bar was friendly, welcoming, and top-notch. It was a perfect experience all around!

Friendly staff, great food with the usual club pricing.

We booked a table for 6 for Mother's Day, when we arrived it was a table for two ?. Luckily there was a spare unreserved table we could sit at. Our Shared Meat Platter came out, which advertised "Ribs", unfortunately, we did not get this but were substituted with roast lamb slices, which we were not advised of and there was only one egg for the shared platter. All in all we got a day out and the atmosphere was good.

We drove from Sydney and had a great meal here tonight. The daily special of slow cooked Japanese style pork belly was really outstanding and the service was extremely efficient and friendly. Great size portions, and excellent value meals. Highly recommended!

What should I say!! No wonder why the main road of Cooma and restaurants are quiet!

Looks like the whole villageoises of Cooma are at the Bistro!

Very busy and packed. Great atmosphere and ambience, lots of Fam... Great service as well. Big shout out to the ladies who clean after every seating. The hardest workers.

Good selection of Menu and desserts.

Ordered the "Fish Taco". Was bemused by the size of it. Normally in Sydney it's half the size, but this one for an entrée it's very filling.

Good flavour, fish bit dry and needs more seasoning, overall satisfied.

The chicken schnitzel burger was good. Juicy chicken. The buns were soggy unfortunately.

Chicken Karaage was outstanding. Great flavour and good balance. Only critics? The chicken were a tad too salty.

Overall, it's a place anyone a must to visit more than once. Will definitely recommend anyone and will visit again and again!

First time in a decade that I've not managed to get through a club meal.
Marinara was delicious, I had to fend off competition for the leftovers.

Came down for some skiing.
Stayed overnight at cooma to get the early skitube the following day.Made a booking online with no hassles.Arrived and found our table right next to the fire place my wife loved it.

Had a quick dinner at the club and could not fault it.
Food was awesome and a generous size after a big day travelling.

Looking for the best nachos? Look no further - theses are delicious pulled pork nachos, with light tasty corn chips, sour cream, salsa and avocado, and just a hint of coriander... sensational!

Was there two nights during Easter weekend. Busy, but food arrived within 30 minutes of the order. Friendly staff, good value menu. Had the BBQ pork ribs and Porterhouse steak. Large portions, tasty and tender.

I would highly recommend people to come for a meal here.
Flavours are delicious and staff are very friendly. Good size meals.
Place is clean. Room to move if you are in a wheelchair or have a walker.

Very good customer service! My first time to dine, I dropped my bread order accidentally and it was graciously replaced by the wait staff for free. Truly impressed. The food was gourmet, the drinks were reasonably prized, the ambiance is very peaceful with efficient and friendly staff who are sincerely helpful and very welcoming.

Still a clean club with great food.
Calamari entree over cooked. However still ok. Can tell it's quick cheap food.
Lamb shank special was great tasted home cooked with a lovely sauce and mashed veg.

Ordered steaks. They were perfectly cooked and of a great quality. Better than most of the bistros I've been to, and friendly service too. Highly recommend.

Had dinner there on Wed night. Really Friendly group of staff. Unfortunately the food took a bit longer to come (it was a busy night because of some kind of events) but the service was good and we liked the food too.

WOW. A sincerely friendly group of staff. Also have a wealth of tourist knowledge. Special thanks to Lisa, a Queenslander who can't get enough of Cooma. Meals are unbelievable. I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly with vegetables not over cooked, also ordered the lamb shank, that was pretty special I was told. Thank you to the whole team at the ex-services club. A memorable stay in Cooma.

Big meal servings which was great. Well priced drinks.
What let this down was one of our meal orders was not made. They said that the staff didn't push the tickets down the row for the cooks to see the order. Pretty poor when you come as a group but can't eat as a group.

Great value pub meals and dessert.
We are always impressed by the quality portions of the pub fare at this club. The specials are updated on the regular.
Easy parking and helpful reception staff also makes it hassle free to get in for a quick meal.
Good selection of beers on tap as well.
Definitely a regular for our family when we are in town.

The Cooma Ex Services Club exceeded all my expectations, the food was excellent, the staff were friendly and offered outstanding service, and the venue was spotless and inviting. My wife and I have now become members and we look forward to many more meals in this beautiful club!

A long drive out from Seymour Victoria through to Cooma on our way to the coast. We happened upon this bastion of Resch's goodness. The locals are extremely friendly and the Mezze plate was superb with a schooner of the good stuff. Dessert was a work of art as well.

There was a slight problem with too much salt for my taste in the meal. The Chef willingly rectified by giving me a complete new meal piping hot and delicious. Highly recommend the bistro and staff. We are now regulars

Staff were very friendly, helped with anything I asked. Bistro area was well spaced out and clean, definitely warm enough in winter. Typical gaming area and TAB/Keno etc. Overall a great place for a family feed or overnight visit while in cooma, would happily return.

First time I've been there for several years. Definitely liked the spaciousness of the dining room. The staff were very friendly and the meals were lovely.

the Snowy Room was the ideal setting for our Heavy vehicle Forum. The IT resources worked as expected and made it such an easy day not having to worry about technology issues.The catering was great! The space was ideal! The staff were easy to deal with!

The bistro area is well laid out but can be noisy when there is a crowd such as when the raffles are being drawn. It made conversation a bit difficult. The food was good and a typical RSL type prices. The staff were polite and efficient.

The Cooma Ex-Services Club is a great place to hold a function or just catch up with family & friends. Staff are very friendly & helpful when making any bookings for groups.. I have had Birthday parties & reunions here, wouldn't go elsewhere, Fabulous place. Meals are great value for money & delicious.
