Ordered dumplings for entrees it was cold then ordered beef schnitzel without cheese and BBQ sauce but it came with the cheese and BBQ sauce all slopped on the top with a hash brown in there somewhere couldn't eat it due to the amount of cheese and BBQ sauce that was on it crumbs on the schnitzel were soggy not crunchy fairly poor meal especially the price that was paid never eat here again

Lovely staff and good meals, however the wait time to order your food in the bistro is a big let down. We waited in line for 30 minutes before even reaching the register to order food. If attending on a weekend, be prepared to wait.

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for 4 main meals, club was not busy at the time. Meal was stone cold, sent it back , only to find a human hair in my food with a hair follicle still attatched to the end of it.
98 per cent of staff were amazing though. They apologised and couldn't do enough to help out.

Most of the staff are friendly and eager to please. I have had a few meals there and no complaints. There is usually a band on Saturday nights which is entertaining
