Corowa Golf Club - Club in Corowa New South Wales

Accomodation is basic but clean & comfortable with an added bonus of a river view out the back. Food was good. All staff were friendly and helpful. Golf course is in great condition and we really enjoyed playing it. The view from the clubhouse is exceptional. We'll be back!!

Dinner was amazing. Great views of the Golf course with Kangaroo's enjoying the grass.

We have been going to corwa for 25 year as a group. Over the last 4 years its just keep going down and down. We arrived on a Tuesday morning checked in then told that the club house closed at 6pm. Not Evan a phone call or email to tell us about this through the year. On going into the rooms we'll!! The bath and shower was a disaster the mould on the walls and floor was a disgrace. Only 2 little pieces of soap as well. The rooms need to be totally revamped. As for breakfast you get a packet of corn flakes and a uh milk. But only 2 bowls and 1 spoon between 2. What a joke.. The night we had meal it was hit and miss not that great compared to last year. Yes happy hour was good. The drinks on over priced. Bar staff were good. As for the pros hope rude unhelpful did not have our booking which was made when left last year. On the Wednesday a cart was $35 then on the Wednesday 45 why ??? . The course is still in good condition for a country club. The new driving range set up is good. We were all very disappointed in what's happened to the place it's been going down each year. Over the years we have been groups of 20 ➕️ a great income for them. Needless to say we will not be going back .. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Visiting the area and stopped in for dinner, $26 for a lamb ragu with ricotta gnocchi, counted 3 pieces of lamb only and meal was lucky to be an entree size. Friends had a seniors meal which was 2x as big!! Very disappointed with this meal. To top it off we were set to watch the football and the TV was turned off in front of us at 8:30pm with last drinks called.

Although a little on the expensive side, this is justified with the excellent quality of fairways, greens and bunkers. Motel also of a good standard.

Overall for the course 9/10 - Tees, bunkers & fairways 9.5/10 - Greens 9/10 - Value for money 8.5/10
