Stayed in a Villa. While comfortable enough, the rooms are a bit tired, grubby and not overly impressive. Batteries needed replacing in remotes, light globe blown in lamp and bathroom tv wasn't able to be used. Rooms need a bit of love.

As soon as I got to the room, I needed a coffee. The little plates the cup was sitting on had white stuff on the bottom of the plate it was like white icing stick to the bottom. The bed omg needs a new mattress after a long drive I just wanted to lay down it was the saggiest mattress I have ever slept on. The bathroom i was looking forward to the shower. as I am on the loo I look down this is what I saw, made me feel so sick. Just a little more time spent on little details im ment to be staying again next month im not shore that I'm keen for this.

Great value for money! Winter rate was very reasonable. Hotel is located in quiet suburbs of Launceston. Small casino attached to building, away from hotel rooms which are on the other side. Reception staff was amazing! Reception staff member, Matt, and reception manager, Gill, did a brilliant job of finding a solution to a complicated problem. I was very impressed with their efforts to help me!

My experience was a nightmare the staff were fantastic but the casino management were atrocious and have no conscious about the lies they have told. I can go in depth but please remember if you win money you need ID If you win more than $1000 and you don't need ID if you win less than a $1000..

Country Club Tasmania I recommend this hotel, it is worthy to relax here and enjoy your holiday. Very clean hotel, large area, warm and comfortable rooms. There is a cool swimming pool and a great sauna. Breakfast is delicious, beautiful view of the mountains when you have breakfast in the morning. If I'm in this area, I will always come to this Country Club complex to relax.
