What a debacle, what passes for security in this place doesn't have the first clue about de-escalation, watches the cameras, waits for commotion to settle into a stand off and then appears, Patrons with glass shards in their legs are left to basically bleed, no incident report, no call to police, nothing.

Nothing against the front of house food and beverage staff, they were great.

This "security guard" (I use the term very loosely) puffs his chest and demands a man "control his missus" and continuously escalates the situation with, what I assume is, his manager there. If a police report isn't filed by 9am, I'll be filing one and reporting negligence.

Local Sporting Club was a great choice for family dinner.
Food and service was great friendly and warm staff together with well presented food and sizing was plenty to share .

A large group of us come to the bistro once a month for a meal and have been doing so for over 18 months, and would like to suggest a change to the seniors menu as it is always the same three dishes. The quality is good but we would just like a change ,perhaps rissoles or sausages or a pie would be great. Thanks

I have been eating lunch here for a little while now and my partner and I have tried all different meals. To be honest, we cannot fault anything we have had. Today I went for the beef & cashew stir fry & he had the Pork & Prawn stir fry. We thoroughly enjoyed them.

Nothing more refreshing than a place that offers great service and great food. Waiters were on the ball with clearing tables so we were impressed. Janet at the desk was especially helpful when we asked about becoming members (only $5 per year and you get significant discounts on meals and a $20 voucher on the month of your birthday). It was our first time there so she explained all the benefits of The Sporting Club. Highly recommend coming here - you won't be disappointed
