We had 4 night in a 2 bedroom cabin it was great very friendly staff in the club thanks to Kerry for fixing our TV would recommend it to families thanks

The Chinese food there was woeful.

Since when is Szechuan Chicken made with watered down tomato sauce?
It's not even a complicated meal to cook.

The fried rice tasted like oil and nothing else. No flavour. No garlic, no soy sauce, no egg, no spring onion, no salt.
There was one pea, which did taste pretty good.

I never thought I'd leave a negative review. And here I am, breaking that rule.

We had an overnight stay in one of the 2 bedroom chalets. We booked at a moments notice as we were driving. The staff were great and made our long driving day easy. The chalet was very comfortable and had everything you needed. After we settled in went to the bar and had a couple beers ?. The staff were great and some friendly banter ended the long day really well ?.

Really enjoyed visiting the Club for Mothers Day. The food was excellent & thoroughly enjoyed the banter we had with the waitress who was lovely. The bar was really quiet but did offer the very 1st drink free for all mothers which I thought was awesome & something I come back for. Heaps of parking & just off the Sturt Highway. Do yourself a favour & check it out for good country hospitality??'????'?

Small communities struggle to maintain pubs and clubs. This is a good club for the town.
Lovely helpful staff, easy basic menu, 8 drinks on tap, dining hall.

Stayed at the caravan free camp next to the Punt pub, but the pub was closed over Xmas/New Year break so walked to the Sports Club. Great Sports Club, went for a cold beer and a meal last night. Service was great and friendly, beer cold and a couple of families there, really nice atmosphere. Chinese restaurant was open, well priced, not expensive, but not cheap either, service was good and the food was delicious and came out in good time so it was worth the pricing. Overall a great experience, thanks Darlington Point, nice place to visit

Generous servings, beer was cold but sadly, so was the service. One young lady, in particular, was unfriendly, impatient & clearly unhappy. My fellow travellers found it ironic that the club describes itself as "the friendly club"

Our car broke down on the evening of new year's day (40 degrees & had been on the road all day) we managed to get to the closest town Darlington Point & found the Sports Club. So thankful we found this place. They have a Chinese restaurant on site, does offer some Aussie menu items also, the food was hot & generous portion, plenty of options. Cold beer & air-conditioning but the best thing was the customer service. We told the 2 ladies behind the bar about our car issues (meaning we couldn't get to our accommodation in Narrandera) the staff were so helpful calling around to the local hotels to find somewhere for us, in the end they had a last minute cancellation & so we could stay on site in their cabin. The cabin was perfect, 2 bedrooms (3 beds) kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, lovely view & surroundings, peaceful & quiet. Honestly so appreciative of the staff here - we will definitely come back when travelling through in the future, & recommend to everyone passing through. Thank you ???

Always stay here when in area, Great service, great chicken burgers. And Accomidation is always perfect! Highly recommend.

Great little club , they do lunch an Dinner special's an last time i was ther they had a Chinese Restaurant attached to the side of the club , they have all the normal club gambling , plus bout 15 - 20 Pokies , and they also have a Golf course , an Lawn Bowls , on site , plenty of car an mini bus parking , an u can park ya B-Double or R/Train at the side or over the road from the club ,,

Young girl who took my order was very rude and unprofessional. Clearly has never worked in customer service. She was sighing and rolling her eyes when we gave our order and wrote on her notepad very aggressively to show she was annoyed. We had only ordered 2 meals.

We just left the club ordered 4 meals at 7.05pm 1st meal came 45 minutes later next meal 15 minutes after that fried rice and next meal 15 minutes later last meal 20 minutes later (no hot rice for that meal). Have never been served meals anywhere like this before. Would never come back for a meal there again. The club it self was very nice. Must have been a bad day in the kitchen

Stayed at the very large and comfortable cabin. Good shower , kitchen facilities. Lovely Chinese food at the club.

Went to play bowls the green was is pretty good condition will definitely be back

So glad the pub was closed because we came here for tea at about 7:50pm on a Saturday night and they were more than happy to serve our group of 7. Beer is really nice, meals were beautiful and large servings. Would come back for sure.
