Great meals over the past few nights, with 'Snitty Night' Thursday night a winner, and Lamb Shank and Tidewater Burger tonight great too..

The wait was a little long, I'm sure the new caterers will get it sorted pretty quickly now knowing the numbers coming in for the great food.

We have been going to Davistown RSL for about 5 years, mainly for the restaurant. Over time the menu has decreased and the quality has diminished. Prices are very high but we accepted this until recently. Twice we have had to send steak back to be recooked as it was bloody and red after asking for well done...it just comes back the same and we end up walking away and having something elsewhere. After 2 years of membership we've decided to not renew as we won't be returning. Tired of being let down by something that used to be better.

Awesome Service , and really delicious food!

We did the Easter egg hunt last year on the Good Friday, I'll admit it wasn't as enjoyable. This year was great! All the staff were lovely, they definitely had enough chocolate for everyone. The vibe was nice, the kids had a great time, they had free face painting for the kids too. We ordered pizza and chips, they came out quickly despite how many people were there! Definitely becoming a yearly event we will attend and I'll come again as I know kids eat free Monday!

Sticky pork belly burger appeared to be an overcooked sizzle steak, and not sticky at all but dry and hard. Had to take it out and use a knife and fork to cut through it. $23. Don't bother.

I recently dined at Broadwater Restaurant at The Davo, and it was a delightful experience. The fresh and tasty pasta had a perfect balance, not too heavy. The watermelon and fetta salad felt like summer in a bowl - refreshing and flavorful. The Nutella pizza was a hit with everyone, and the coffee was consistently very good. Overall, a great culinary adventure worth revisiting.

The atmosphere at The Davo was a lot of fun, enhanced by the myriad of voices from karaoke. The lively ambiance paired well with the delicious food, making it an enjoyable experience for both the taste buds and the spirit.

This is actually my third time having a meal here, I wanted to make sure it was as good as the previous two times. And it got even better every time. From the steaks, the salad and even the pork ribs, all restaurants quality, good size portions, Hot, fresh and tasty. Even the Nutella Pizza was awesome. Good coffee and service and friendly staff. Will be bringing more friends here more often now that I've become a member. The best club meal I've had on the central coast. Even rivalling the Eleanora hotel that everyone raves about which is not bad. But this is even better. Really deserved 5 stars.

Had lunch today and got the Angus burger and was served a burger that looked like it was a frozen patty from the supermarket and it was burnt. Will never return to this venue. Such a shame because the venue itself is great just the food was terrible

It's a great place to spend half a day there, and you won't be disappointed. We traveled there via train to Woy Woy, then a 5 minutes walk to the wharf for the 10.45am departure, then after 20 plus minutes of cruising, a RSL shuttle minivan (with the skipper's assistance) was there at the wharf to take people to the club. We had lunch there and the food, coffee, ice cream and atmosphere were really good. The staffs (be it the receptionists, cafe staff or waiters) there are welcoming, friendly and respectful. Decoration and displays are fantastic, and our kids played there in the playground, and they just loved it. You can see the sky, waters, mountains...etc while you're sitting in their spacious lounges. Prices are reasonable. We booked a returning shuttle minivan at 1pm through the reception staffs for the 1:15pm cruise boat departure. It's really an enjoyable experience there and worth making returning visits.

Not a single person from our table was satisfied with their meal. Steak overcooked, chicken wings dry and chips over cooked.

Salt and pepper squid and fish are frozen, extremely lazy considering all the local fresh seafood available to them. Pathetic excuse for something a decent chef could make amazing. The one star is for having cold beer.
I'd recommend eating at home and just coming here for a drink.

Steak tasted good , got sides I asked not to , must have been a communication issue with the gentleman running the till. When I brought it up with the gentleman distributing the food he said that's what it comes with and it didnt even have the sauce i ordered at first as well , I was a bit dumbfounded at least they got my partners request right for the sides (same as mine ) and the kids food right as well . Didn't order a desert or spend any more money there after that experience tonight as was planned . Very expensive for the amount of food , restaurant prices and left still hungry thank god for the air fryer at home . I was offered a bowl of chips by the nice young gentleman (he earned the third star , 2 before that )collecting the plates at the end when I explained to him what happened but we where already about to leave , I wonder why the gentleman distributing at the beginning didn't offer the same treatment and this is why we cut our stay short tonight . We will give them a go again as we usually are treated great by the busy staff running around everywhere and do enjoy our meals and time usually .

Hard one to review. The location, premises, facilities, staff, view, all of that were excellent. Fantastic for families

On the other hand the food was poor across almost all dishes (10 adults) and hugely over priced for the quality. Heard multiple other customers comment their dishes were over or underdone or did not match descriptions. Large portion sizes but that's no substitute for the right flavours and right ingredients.

Then the mozzies!!! On dusk swarms came out driving us inside. Even in the car park when leaving they were everywhere. Don't k own what they can do about that.

Definitely try...before dark ...and see if you like the food

Great outdoor sitting area with huge space for kids to play. The bistro has a large menu and the food has improved since I last visited a couple of years ago, I am happy to see some more healthier salad options! We enjoyed our meals which were quite tasty for club food. The kitchen is so busy on the weekend but they still manage to get your food out pretty quickly, the staff look like they are working super hard in the bistro! A great pace to take the family!

Great vibe, beautiful lakefront outdoor sitting area. A small but handy playground for kids.

Went here for a large family gathering, in the outside function area, and received a good range of tasty sides / entrees the a collection of pizzas. All was good. The bar service was prompt and the beer cold. A good, relaxed place.

Perfect, meal, service and greeting was great. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Went there as a part of a river cruise. Where picked from wharf by the club bus and had a lovely meal at the club which was good. Good quick service in club and enjoyed the visit. Then the bus took us back to ferry for trip back down waterway to the wharf where we had parked.

This is a good spot...on Saturday sunny winters day...busy with young families, good menu, typical pricing. Very open sunlit restaurant. Staff on the ball. Easy parking.

Visited with my parents for dinner. Excellent kitchen and reasonable prices. Steak was done exactly as asked and high quality. Friendly staff. We Didn't use the outdoor area but looks like an awesome playground.

Visiting family. Nice food, lots of choices. Pokies room is fun to use. Bar in the centre of building is quite useful to grab a drink. Well worth a visit.

Always a good spot especially when the suns out. Food is awesome, tasty and good portions. Our table ate a variety of things from calamari, fish tacos, burgers kids meals got demolished!!! Drinks always refreshing. See you again soon.

There for dinner. Excellent! Little bit slow, we were there with a crowd. Meals are huge. We had fish n chips with salad. There was enough chips to feed three, two fish fillets and the salad was a great amount. Can highly recommend. It was so enjoyable, thinking of becoming a member!

Great service schnitzels were a touck on the over fryed side but everyone has an off night so letting that go seems a nice club in general would definitely go again

Recently moved to Kincumber from Sydney. Took family to Davistown RSL for a Saturday night meal. Must admit I come from a family of good cooks. Food was below what I would consider acceptable especially for the price.Would hope the standard improves. Would like to join the club but am reluctant due to the food experience. Sorry for bad review. Being honest.

The new menu is fascinating! The place is absolutely family friendly. Cold great bears on the tap. Extra kudos for the alcohol free wines.

Great spot. Covid safe. Friendly staff. Lovely outlook onto the water with an ice cold soda water post walk. Highly recommend.

First visit and was impressed by its size and how great a position it is in. The bar has extensive number of beers on tap and all the other alchohol is there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was good, certainly big meals. Plenty of parking and kids are welcome. The Club is situated on the banks of Brisbane waters with large outdoor areas. Will definitely visit again.

As a group we had lunch here. Very nice chicken schnitzel. I thought coffee was average but that could be my taste. Modern interior. Nice view from veranda and a nice playground for those with kids.
