Such a great location for a kids birthday party. My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time. The party host made a massive difference too! We had the lovely Ellie. She was so much help and the kids loved her. Thank you Ellie and Timezone! :)

Our party host was Aya, she was very efficient and prompt. The whole party went very smoothly and the kids had a great time. It was ready to go when we got there and so was she. She was very attentive and communicated very well with us. Your lucky to have her as a host if you book a a party here.

My daughter recently had her 16th birthday here. She and her friends all have special needs. Luca was such a lovely girl who was our host and made everyone welcome and was kind and understanding with the kids. Thanks so much for making sure the party was successful and ran smoothly ?

A great place for a kids party, worth every penny to be able to walk in and out with no cleaning or preparation!
The facility is clean and well staffed, plenty of parking. Great music, good food and drink selection.
Our party hosts, Ame and Charlotte, were so sweet and helpful with the kids. Nothing I asked for was a problem!

I was at zone bowling with the boys today, and overall we had a great time. We did the bumper cars and played the games. The alleys were all booked out, but we had so much fun doing other stuff it didn't matter.

The reason for only 4 stars is our lunch experience. We waited 40 minutes for lunch. Again, not a huge deal as the place was super busy and the food is proper tasty. However, they forgot the boys milkshakes. The guy apologized, and accidents do happen. All good.

What wasn't so good was he then took another half an hour to make the shakes while I stood waiting (I didn't have a buzzer by now so felt I needed to wait). There was zero urgency in anything he did. He took so long the whipped cream was melting and running down the side of the glasses; dripping all over the place as I took them back to the table. Gee it was a mess.

Given the poorness of that service, it's testament to how good everything else was that I still give it a genuine 4 stars.

I love bowling and so does the entire family so we thought it would be a great time to have some family bowling bonding and it was nice and fun however the lane we were in kept glitching the pins were not comedown properly some times they didn't come down at all they had to reset the lane multiple times, the person on the counter was giving us attitude about it. It just wasn't a really great experience and we were all disappointed we usually love bowling there the lane should not have been operating obviously some maintenance was needed and it wasn't fair that we had to deal with all of that

Thanks to the whole Zone Bowling team for making my 7 year old daughters birthday an amazing party! Luka was a fantastic host, looking after all the details and making sure all the kids had a great time. From bowling, bumper cars, games and food, the kids had a ball! Thanks team, highly recommend.

Jas H did an awesome job organising 15 9-year olds for my son's birthday. Everything went very smoothly and I hardly had to do anything. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a kids party idea.

We booked a package of lanes and arcade access for my 12yo daughter's birthday. The 7 party girls had a great time over two lanes and the rest of the family enjoyed our games next to them. The kids also loved the dogems.

Ordering food and drinks from the lanes was easy with the QR based system. The quality of the snacks and drinks were really good. Things were really busy and the snacks arrived in a timely fashion but there were a few wrinkles with drink delays but the staff handled it all in good humour . One can measure a place by how well such wrinkles are handled.

The we threw them a curve ball with wanting a place to do (our) cake at the end and the floor staff and the manager handled it all perfectly and found us a table to use.

We (the parents) left having had an enjoyable afternoon with no tidying up to do and the key measure was that the birthday girl had a great party.

Definitely would not recommend this place for events. They assigned a birthday host who was totally incompetent, communicated poorly, and spent more time hanging out with boys rather than attending to my birthday party. Plenty of staff here, but they are much more interested in chatting with each other whilst they ignore paying customers who stand in front of them as if they were invisible. Only positives are the excellent facilities and ample car parking.

I went to zone bowling on the weekend with my children. They had non-stop fun times and we will be coming back soon. Bella T was very helpful at the front desk and made our experience very easy and fun. Would recommend to anyone with kids

Ava was extremely nice and warming to me and my birthday crew.
I will say she was with us all the time but told her I would take the reigns if she wanted or needed to do something which resulted in the manager having a go at her which I thought was completely wrong. That being said I would love to have Ava again for my babies birthdays.

My son turned 6 just a few weeks ago, and he was desperate to have his party at Zone Bowling as all his friends had thoroughly enjoyed their birthdays there. So I decided to give it a try. And it's safe to say I was not disappointed!! They provided us with delicious meals and our party host, Caitlan F, was a fantastic host and definitely helped make my sons birthday extra special. The venue was clean and accommodated any needs we had and I'm definitely going to be recommending Zone Bowling to my friends and family!!

We had a fantastic Birthday party for our boy! The whole event ran very smoothly and all the kids had a blast. Our host Laura was sensational. Super friendly, helpful and made sure everything ran perfectly. A great experience was had by all (especially the Birthday boy)! :-)

I had a lovely time and the staff were remarkably welcoming. Noah in particular was the most kind genuine staff member I've had the pleasure of interacting with. He'd be well deserving of a promotion, if not a few...

I organised a biryhday catch up with friends (12 adults, 30+ years old) here and we all have such a great time!! We got to play bowling, arcade games and laser tag! Everyone LOVED IT!! We couldn't stop talking about it and how much fun it was! It felt like going back to be kids!! The staff here were quite friendly and helpful too!
I would highly recommend for any age! Just make sure u book in advance because it gets busy quite quick!

Terrible experience! All my mate and I wanted was a beer, the staff were extremely rude and even insulting! Maybe you have to be a member.

New caterers have been installed in a refurbished kitchen. The restaurant is now called Swannies. The food is varied and excellent at v reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
