The Doylo, Doyalson NSW

Good food, decent priced, playground and games room for the kids.
Easy to get to and plenty of parking.
Staff fixed a food order mistake quickly, even gave a bit of a discount.
Would recommend

Food was pretty good for pub food but the reason only 3 stars is that the cleanliness of the dining area was unacceptable, heaps of food scraps and rubbish on the floor around the tables when we arrived.Tables left uncleared and one near us didn't get cleared the whole time we were there.
Maybe this area is understaffed ? Training not up to scratch ?
To end on a more positive note the kids area is good for the kids to have a play etc

Not exactly what we thought for almost $35 from The Doylo.... This was alongside a $20 plate of "loaded" fries. There are much better options elsewhere. Would not recommend!! #novalue #overpriced

It's a tough one to rate. The venue itself is awesome. Vibrant, clean and the furnishings are nice and modern. The variety of beers is good too with different options over multiple bars and taps.

But the food is so disappointing. When The Smoke House first opened it was awesome. But over the years it's just got ordinary. I don't know why, but the food is bland and expensive. I had a half rack of ribs that were very small (quarter rack would be more accurate) and looked like they were just boiled and then sauce put on them. Just very disappointing.

We were with a group of 16 and everyone had a story of dissatisfaction.

The food from the bistro is as to be expected. Underwhelming but not to bad.

It's unfortunate because it has been great, and could be great again. But when you're the only pub in the area, I guess you don't have to strive to be outstanding.

We enjoy dining at the Doylo semi regularly. It is always possible to get a park, we are greeted by friendly staff and meals are consistently good from all three food options.
