To start, we were told by the restaurant where we were ordering food from that we can't have a kids high chair because we were sitting in the rsl section...?

Then, on leaving, we asked for takeaway containers and was told it is an extra $2 per container....?

I have never been at an RSL club or restaurant that is managed as poorly as this club. You won't see me or my money again....

Very nice except the restaurant service. The girls didn't know how to make coffee, have each time problem, but last time we have the very nice and polite young men, didn't see for long time absolutely nice person.

Course in great shape.
Pro shop prices very competitive.
Lady in the Bistro makes an excellent tea. The table service was appreciated.

Oh thank goodness I've been given the goss on where to eat in Maitland area.
Friend told me about Ollie's at the golf club and a group of 8 of us had a gorgeous meal there last week.
Lovely view of the golf course as well.

We all had something different and all came out together and were very very nice.
Staff were professional and friendly too.
Definitely recommend!

The Course is looking amazing, The pro shop is fully decked out with awesome Golf gear and apparel, The staff are amazing and I big shout out to Neil super friendly and Re~Grip my clubs and did an amazing Job. After a game seat relax have a beer on the balcony or have a meal which are reasonably priced and will have you wanting more.

As a group of six, we dined at Ollie's this week. The food was exceptional and the staff were very friendly, professional and competent. Absolutely recommend Ollie's and will definitely dine here again when in East Maitland!

We held a private event here. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Prices were very reasonable and there was lots of space for our guests. Thanks again

The golf course was well presented and colourful at this time of year. The maintenance staff are visible and their endeavours obvious. A good course with some water hazards. Unfortunately the dining room was not operating so cannot comment on the food. Bar staff were friendly and efficient.

Just an absolute beautiful little club. Amazing restaurant inside, beautiful views and friendly staff. Can't wait to go back.

Very poor. Under the previous chef East's had a fantastic menu and quality of service was great. The new menu is no different from that expected in a standard pub and the quality arguably actually worse. Also witnessed the server eating chips from our plates prior to serve. Long wait, despite minimal other patrons. Spoke with management at the time and they were dismissive with no compensation or apology offered. A real shame, as East's used to be highly recommended by ourselves. This is no longer the case and we will not be returning despite visiting often over a number of years.

Great golf course. Bat has some good beers. Good modern club with great facilities.

I visited the club a few weeks ago and had an amazing lunch. I decided to return again last weekend and was disappointed with the menu change. It had the regular 4 to 5 choices you can get at a pub, snitzel, steak, pasta fish and a vegetarian choice. The previous menu had a better selection. Although the food was good I wont be back in a hurry I can get a snitty anywhere.

We went to celebrate my fathers 74th birthday at Easts Golf Club. The lady announced that the meals would be about 30 minutes later than normal due to a function. We accepted that in good faith, however when the meals did arrive, some were raw and they had no idea which meals were going to what table. Furthermore, they made no effort to rectify this and when I requested some Tartare sauce to add some moisture to a burnt Salmon, I was informed that it would be an extra $3 which I accepted but it never arrived. There was no communication or conciliatory comments to apologise for the stuff ups or 1 hour wait. $160 not well spent. Definitely avoid Easts Golf Club for a meal.

Beautiful dinning experience,at chef Jordy's restaurant,staff were lovely, fast service,and the food WoW,excuse the chicken schnitzel I couldn't hold back on tasting it,if I could give 10 stars I would,a must for anyone wanting great food at a moderate price.
They also have pub food over the bar at great prices,I'll have to go back to try.
We'll be back for sure.

Really enjoyed our meal here and access to discounts as members of East's. Absolutely would go again. The pick and mix menu setup worked well, and the portions were generous. The pork belly entree was enormous to share.

Nice club atmosphere, lots to do on a Saturday Night. Only let down is the Restaurants prices against Portion Sizes. The food is fabulous, but, a bit more on the plate would be nice.

Manicured and easy judge greens and lush fairways with great long drives and beautiful landscape - one of the nicest courses Ive played. Comfortable and easy to get on for an afternoon 9.

During my visit to the Golf Pro shop today, the lady that helped me was very friendly and helpful and she knew exactly what I needed.

Good golf course. Pity there was no restaurant or cafe open inside the club after our round of golf. Not quite good enough.
