Eden Sports & Recreation Club - Club in Eden New South Wales

Was highly disappointed. Most bowlos are really warm and inviting, we were almost turned away at the door with little to no reasonable explanation, and the person on the door was really rude.

Ordered some Chinese food and not a vegetable in sight, thought wok based dishes would have a sauce and some veggies but it was what tasted like reheated fried chicken with a sauce on dry noodles. Highly disappointed in the attitudes and food. Hopefully it'll get better.

After reading some previous reviews which were not complimentary, we were hesitant to eat here but it surprised us. We shared our meals starting with steamed dim sims which were very tasty. Next we shared the King Prawns Vegetables with roasted duck and fried rice. A good choice for us and most enjoyable. Finished our meals with Deep fried ice cream and banana fritters.
Don't be put off by the uncomplimentary reviews, give this place a go.

Wok and Grill at the Eden Sports and Recreation Club, has a Bistro Menu with
Pork ribs that melt off the bone. Normally I don't enjoy ribs but these are something else!! We asked for and they served a spicy Thai red curry Vegetarian with tofu and steamed rice. I would say not mild but just right, mild for Indians probably but nice spicy for westerners. The oysters were fresh and made my wife happy, she thought they had to be local. Either way happy.

Helped by Sarah who was lovely and gave us her time, and Mary as Hostesses friendly and patient.

We would love to be through here more often to enjoy the food.

Couldn't fault the food, both Chinese and Aussie meals were both so good! Especially home made spring rolls and satay chicken. Kids loved the kids meals too. Outdoor playground is a great addition!

Great place to have a gathering, plenty of dishes to choose from the menu, Western and Asian meals. The servings are quite large, so would suggest sharing a meal if you are unable to eat a large meal.
Staff are friendly, happy and very helpful. 😊
