Leonay Golf Club

Attended this club house in company with wife and 4 friends. Having had excellent experiences in the past, I didn't hesitate to recommend this club to my friends for our get together. When I saw Renee was on duty, I knew my group would have a smooth and enjoyable meal. My friends consisted of senior citizens which Renee carefully and patiently handled. All orders were dealt with ease and always with a cheerful smile. Needless to say the food and overall experience was excellent. Please see attached photo of a very satisfied group.

Food, service and atmosphere were very enjoyable

Dinner and dessert were exceptional, and the customer service was outstanding. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout the evening. Would highly recommend.

Food was great and service was fast. Cocktails are delicious. Place is very clean and tidy.

This afternoon my cousin Chris and his daughters Gemma and Aislyn and I visited Emu Plains Sports Club.

This venue is one of my favourite places to eat and the service never disappoints.

The club was not crowded and the Staff are always friendly and really take the time to look after you when visiting.

From the attached photos you will see a selection of dishes Pizza, Schnitzel, lamb cutlets and fish of the day.

Aislyn really enjoyed her Schnitzel that was accompanied with chips and salad.

The Schnitzel was tender and bursting with flavour and from memory I may have had one of these schnitzels previously.

Gemma was impressed with her lamb cutlets.

From what Gemma told me the cutlets were tasty, not soggy and the coating along with the lamb left her wanting more.

Lamb cutlets done right are usually tender, juicy, and not dry.

Chris enjoyed his fish of the day.

The fish was moist, not dry and the salad was crisp, not limp and had plenty of flavour.

I have eaten this salad previously and I am a fan of the dressings from which you can choose.

Now the meat boss pizza.

I have not eaten this mouth-watering delight previously so my taste buds were in for a treat.

The meat boss pizza with a smoky BBQ base, double smoked ham, bacon, pepperoni, ground beef, and mozzarella cheese were a flavourful delight. The combination of smoky elements created a unique and savory profile. The generous toppings, especially the off-the-bone ham and juicy ground beef, added so much flavour to this amazing pizza.
I was impressed with how stretchy the cheese was and I highly recommend this amazing pizza to those who enjoy meat.
The base was not too thick and thin bases such as this one makes the pizza easier to eat.

Overall, I highly recommend Emu Plains Sports Club.
The service was impressive, the staff were very attentive and looked after us.
The music selection at this venue is a mixture of 80s and nineties and never too loud and exactly right.
This venue again receives a ten out of ten and never disappoints those who visit.
If you have never visited this club, please pop in, and have a bite to eat and enjoy the friendly atmosphere this club is known for.
