Food tasted great, but we waited 50 minutes before asking what took so long. We were told they lost our order, they then very quickly provided us with food that did not fit our dietary requirements.
They then cooked fresh meals for us, which tasted lovely.
As consolation, Adele offered a $5 voucher, for a 50 minute wait on 3 meals. This felt quite insulting.
The lovely lady running the till, did make it a $10 voucher, but I was not impressed.
To summarise, food and kitchen staff make lovely food, Adele's customer service leaves something to be desired.
