Outstanding craft beer selection for an RSL and surprising excellent oysters on the seafood tasting plate.
Also love the idea of the themed nights to have a few $$.

Located at 51-52 The Esplanade, Ettalong Beach, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺. A great club in a fantastic conveniently situated part of Ettalong. Very nice decorated and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had dinner, lunch and breakfast in the bistro as we were staying next door at the Mantra and this was so convenient and the food was excellent. I had the Black Angus steak with Peppercorn sauce for dinner and it was cooked beautifully. There was a wonderful band playing when we went for dinner which enabled my group the chance to dance. A great touch. My friends and I are staying at the Mantra so this club was so convenient to get to. Would definitely recommend

We stayed 'next door' at The Mantra on Sunday night and went in for drinks and dinner.

A lovely barman was so helpful with choosing a new drink to try and service was with a smile.

There is a fabulous, expansive outdoor dining area plus a small section for smoking with healthy pittosporum plants in-between! The bistro inside (Bistro 51) has plenty of tables and some booth style seating aswell.

I was able to choose my dinner from a dedicated Sunday night specials board. The serving of prawn dumplings was just so nice ($22)

My husband had the chicken snitzel (M $24/NM $26.60) but unfortunately it wasn't prepared correctly, it was so thick (rather than pounded thinner) that the crumbs were slightly over cooked by the time the inside was ready.

We finished with a cuppaccino and a piece of chocolate mousse cake, which was served withva side swirl of icecream from a separate cafè area!

Very bad hospitality, old British racist stuff and rude manger supervisor her name is Houguez that she abused all the different nationalities people and they culture. She even shout on my family in front of everyone who's responsible for this situation. Its embarrassing ???????".i called the day after to head manager and she just laugh and they respond me here just lie.my dress was very covered and they just lied and want to give excuse.i tell all middle east people if u like ur respect dont go there and i report them to club detectives.they are dangerous people that worked there

Sunday dinner in the Bistro. Great value and good portion sizes. Friendly and efficient service.

We have dinner and bkft at this nice and cosy place with generous portions of meals, aromatic coffee and reasonable prices, but the fisherman plate's fishes are quite fishy. The venue is good & spacious for family and friends gathering though.

Great venue! The meals we had were beautiful, although the squid dish I had was not as well cooked as I've had elsewhere. Nonetheless, it was a great venue and friendly, caring staff.

Lovely lunch, good seniors menu as well great gluten free menu now. Both indoor and outdoor areas to sit eat or chat . Fabulous view of water

Chicken schnitzel and mashed were nice. Side of wedges I wasn't fussed with.

Good food, good atmosphere. The veggie gnocchi is nice, but has a very small portion. Been to the club for years and have seen it change menus and interior many times. Honestly some really good food there.

Great place to eat for all meals, good sized sports bar, live entertainment, indoor and alfresco dining available as well. Good service and great atmosphere.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Ettalong Diggers Bistro last night. ? Wed special, chicken parmigiana with chips and salad $16 great member price. The service was friendly and efficient, and the parma was tender, hot and juicy, such generous portions. We'll be back .....

Overall the place is great. The food is exceptional and the drinks I can easily give the drinks tge sane compliments. You will not believe how many places mess up vanilla milkshakes, but This place does them exceptionally. The atmosphere is nice but being a diggers its fairly noisy and gets rather busy. Lots of kids there as well. The food and drink make up for it however. I really enjoyed it. It's a great place to meet with friends or family for dinner. There is also play equipment and arcade games. It's interesting they have two separate restaurants within the restaurant Itself but that's also a standard with diggers venues.

Had a surprise 83rd birthday lunch for my mother there recently. The food is fantastic - I recommend the crumbed lamb chops. The staff are friendly and helpful and the underground parking was a bonus as it was pouring rain that day. They also have an elevator that services the carpark. This is great for people like my mum who have mobility issues.

Nice people, anything other than burgers though is terrible ! I had roast dinner (pork) seriously must have been the left overs from the night or night before that Was like eating an old shoe, no amount of gravy could save it. 15 year old kids running the kitchen and doing there best. No blame on them.

Good outdoor eating area. Best described as a club. Food service a bit slow but to be expected and we were in no rush. Pleasant enough for an afternoon cheese board and wine.

Good location. They used to have a nice little lounge area next to the pokies with a big screen TV. You could relax away from the crowds and watch some sport with a meal. Now it's disappeared only to be replaced by more machines. Such a shame.

I've absolutely fallen in love with Ettalong Diggers during my unexpected (yet very pleasant) visit there yesterday.I was visiting the Central Coast to run a Meetup and my friend Matt Craig picked me up. We tried to eat on the water, but everything was shut.We then walked past the club and totally loved it. The staff we're really nice and whilst I wasn't there for that long, was impressed with how it looks and also what they had for kids.I'd love to come back with my family there and the cakes and coffee we're spot on. I didn't eat there main food, but I bet it's great.LOVE THEIR WORK!

Lovely club. Very family friendly. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Standard food options for a pub meal at the bistro, very delicious and low waiting time. Nightly specials are well worth checking out too.

Staff were great 5 stars to the staff. Food was good however the price tag was a bit much... $3.90 per oyster.... I live in a tourist area with ocean views from the pubs and restaurants and have never come across such high prices.

Wonderful experience overall - lovely modern venue with easy parking, plenty of friendly staff, and lots of room. Delicious meals at the Bistro, which were quick to arrive and reasonably priced. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and would easily come back again.

We came for dinner on Easter Sunday. The venue was busy with hundreds of families all out for dinner also.

The bar staff all seemed new and a bit nervous to be working without their training buddy next to them.

The menu is mostly pub classics.

We ordered a garlic bread, fattoush salad & a Sunday Pork Roast.

The food was nice, and for the price you pay, I don't think you could complain, the meals were well proportioned and came out within 15 minutes of ordering.

Great Club with plenty of options. Perfect for catch ups with friends/family and is also children friendly. Plenty of food choices to pick from, just some places/options are only available on certain days so best to check the website. The staff were very friendly and they even dealt with the minor issue I had in a professional manner.
