A worker named Georgia was extremely rude and had an attitude when we were there. Completely ruined a good time. Won't be going there again.

This is my first negative review.
Unfortunately a elderly grandmother was set upon and assaulted in this club by a man and his daughter, believe it or not it happened in the stop violence against wemon week. Staff answer to this situation was to kick the lady out and despite requesting her carer be called inside the club to aid her in leaving staff refused.
The people who assaulted the lady had arrived and been let In to the club clearly to heavily intoxicated to be allowed entry to any premises according to the liquor and gaming act. I'm sorry to say you are not safe in this venue and it should be avoided.
For those who have expressed concerns for the ederly lady she is doing her best together over this horrible incident. Police are investigating the venue the people responsible and staff. Oh to top it off the lady who was assaulted was banned from the club by the operations manager IAM unsure if the board of the club are even aware of the incedent. My rating 0/0 Avoid this place like the plauqe . if your Female don't expect the staff to come to your aid. Bad look Ettalong Bowling Club Springwood Street Ettalong beach . Shame on you.

Had a meal in the bistro last night with my girlfriends place was quiet for a Thursday night a few other diners . All 3 meals were below standard. Thai Beef over salted. Barramundi was dry chips looked they were cooked in old oil.. gravy tasted like soap. After we told the chef he blamed the dishwasher not rinsing the contents. Will not be visiting the club again.

The bistro really let's this place down.
I must say first of all the the staff at the front desk are lovely and welcoming, and the service from the ladies in the TAB bar is fantastic too, even the young fellow at the bistro bar was very pleasant. However the wait staff in the bistro are have quite poor service, not overly rude but they do seek to avoid and ignore their customers. But the food really left something to be desired, our group ordered schnitzels, steaks and ribs, all of which were very below standard in flavour and doneness. There are a lot of fantastic pub meals available on the Central Coast, this particular bistro just doesn't measure up unfortunately.

Had lunch on Wednesday pretty ordinary I ordered the $16 lunch grilled chicken breast chips salad with creamy bacon and mushroom sauce. I literally walk back to my table and the buzzer went off. There is no way you can cook a chicken breast in less than five minutes.
So it's all pre-cooked. I asked the chef and he laughed at me and walked away. Well that says it all. I literally got pre-cooked chicken with six chips on the plate. I counted them
Food used to be great not any more
And plate sizers have shrunk
They need to lift there game

I took my friend for a coffee at the Ettalong Bowling Club, since we had been out shopping for hours, and it was too early to call it a day. We sat down in very large comfortable leather lounges with a coffee and sandwich bought at the friendly coffee shop to watch the bowls comp. Then we were entertained by a musician ANDREW G, great voice & music from the 70's to present day. We left at 4pm regretfully...but we will return!!

Stopped in with my sister for lunch on Monday, at the Alfresco Brasserie. My sister is a local. We often go there, but I thought I should add a review. The atmosphere is nice and light and airy. The food is consistently enjoyable and filling. The wait staff are warm, friendly and helpful. My sister ate the Sand & Surf ($28.90), consisting of Barramundi fillet lightly dusted with secret sand, pan fried prawns, squid, capsicum, coriander, red onion butter sauce, mash and vegetables. She enjoyed the meal. I ate the Chicken Florentine ($26.90) consisting of 220g of chicken breasts cooked in creamy white wine garlic sauce, spinach, red onion, mushrooms, mash and vegetables. I love the size and taste of the meal and would add it to my favourites list with the Alfresco Chicken which I often eat there. I thought Monday lunch would be a good time to go and it was as far as patrons, lots of tables were available for most of the service. There were two chefs in the kitchen area, yet the service was slower than usual, not sure why. Lucky we weren't needing to return to work. The food is worthy to return to, though. Definitely recommended for lunch.

My fiance and I went there last night for dinner for his bay. We went in and had dinner at alfresco brasserie. I had the American half sticky ribs and they were bloody morish chips were little over cooked onion rings could have been cooked a little more. The other half had Sand and surf, and he said it was awesome and value for money and serving size was unbelievable he was very happy.

Excellent food they never let me down. Highly recommend eating at this venue ??'?

The food was a disappointment. Me and my dad we both ordered the 'Aussie Whataburger'. Oh yes 'WHATABURGER' of massive disappointment. Both burgers came with barely any BBQ sauce making the burger so dry and unpleasant to eat. Like "where's the BBQ sauce". It can't get any more disappointing then that right? Wrong the burger my dad received, the beef patty was very undercooked. Also the chips were so salty.

Typical bowling club. Good food for the price. Has a Chinese eat in and take away. Large seating area near the main bar. Friendly efficient staff.

Food in the bistro was spectacular thank you chef!! Salmon in master-stock with veg absolutely fantastic.

Unfortunately not a great experience today. Ordered the sticky bbq pork ribs which took almost an hour to come out and when they did it was like eating tyre rubber. I was literally sawing the meat off the bone. Won't be hurrying back.

Had the chicken schnitzel for dinner tonight, Sunday.The chicken was lovely and moist and the crumb coating was golden and crispy. Thankyou to Chef Mitchell who went above and beyond with my order by happily switching topping to my preference which was on the Monday night menu.

Good pub meal, value for money and tge bar staff make a great mocktail ?

Harry's Chinese has great food, fast service and delivery and large portions for those that appreciate larger portions. Club prices on drinks. Don't recommend their cocktails too sweet

Very popular place with the car park generally full in the evenings. I can only comment on one of the restaurants (Alfresco Brasserie) part although there are other amenities as wel.

Unique 1950s style art decor but with a modern twist and blends together nicely. Service is good and quick. There is a kids play section which is a plus for parents. The biggest drawcard is the large selection of woodfire pizzas available and very reasonably priced. They are one person sized but you will be leaving full and content. Definitely recommended.

Be mindful that the club is located in Umina Beach not Ettalong.

Comes across as your ordinary club however has a fabulous bistro. Can't fault the food.

We went here for our friends party. They booked one section for a function. The area is good with near access to washrooms. It can accomodate 150 or more persons. We have availed the buffet. The food is okay the only downside is that the service is to slow. (ie Refill of food in the buffet section). Also we were told that drinks(softdrinks and water) will be served in the table but we ened up lining up in the bar to get water.

Other than that the place is okay.

Will i be returning here again? Probably.

A great local spot for all ages! We just moved to the area and joined the club during to their great discounts on food and drinks.
The happy hour at the moment has pints of tooheys for $5.40 for members, how good!
Not to mention the Monday Schnitty night... incredible value for only $15 with different toppings at no extra cost + chips and salad!! Haven't seen a better deal anywhere else

We won tickets to Prince and dinner at brasserie. Omg...food was to die for. Ribs and gluten free pizza amazing. Super friendly staff from front door to brasserie staff. Fast service.

I've been a member here for several years, only for meals with friends. I've always loved the brasserie meals but my friends and I decided to try Harry's Chinese for a change and we're very glad we did! The food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. Comfortable surroundings just topped it off.

Friendly staff and some delicious bistro meals but missing a Cafe though I think it's coming. Just needs a spruce up. Staff shortages, due to covid did not help.

Beautiful place. Came in to spend some quality family time. My siblings loved the children's play area. Excellent food, portions a bit off though. Great place to have a family dinner. ??'?

Harry's is old school Chinese food. What I would call institutional food. Nothing wrong with it for the price. The best Chinese I have had in the Central coast so far.

Fine eating in both the club's restaurants. Friendly staff, a great place to spend time. Oh I forgot, great beer.

The Food at Harrys Chinese was superb and huge. I ordered sesame honey chicken. The plate was piled so high. I took 2 spare containers home.

This rating is for the Club itself not the Chinese Restaurant. Very nice club, well designed footprint with large open areas. Nicely appointed gaming room, alfresco dining with great pizzas and plenty of lounge seating. Well designed large ceiling to floor glass area to watch bowls and finally the staff were very attentive and friendly.

4 excellent greens and a great atmosphere. The bar prices were great. A lawn bowlers paradise. Excellent host's of the State Championships.

This place is a cracker everytime we have been there. Food options is great, service great. Small play area for kids. Highly recommend it.

Had to rate this 1 star as this review won't let you put any less. Worst service and food i have ever come across !
We called before we got there and we had been told the kitchen closed at 9pm so along as we ordered our food before that it will be fine . At 8.40 when we came to order I was told kitchen was about to close and we had all been limited to what we could order .
Then our food was made wong and the woman had the nerve to tell me I ordered incorrectly when I had even pointed it out to her on the menu while I was ordering it.
I was refunded my money for the pizza order that was wrong after I was told rudely it was my fault and I should more or less get over it . I even had 2nd staff member support me in knowing what I ordered .
Then as we are having our disappointing meal someone from inside the kitchen area yelled off the top of their voice F@%K twice and not only shocked by the rudeness of that but we had small children with us who heard it. Absolutely shocking!!!!!

LOVE THUS PLACE!The food is define, with so many options to chose from you can't go wrong! Super cheap meals especially on a Wednesday night.EXTREMELY busy so I recommend you call ahead a book a table, we were lucky that they just had a cancellation so we were able to get a table.Staff we flat out and there were plenty of staff servicing the tables & customers.We will be back soon to try a different nights specials!!

Nice club. Disappointed in the pizza, supreme not much topping compared to similar price pizza and under cooked. Dough was still soft in middle. Says wood fired but didn't see, any wood in oven and looked like strong stream of gas.
