Evans Head Bowling Club

Stayed at Reflection van park 24 th July so thought we'd support the club for meal and drinks,
Nice club but Hubby ordered a chicken schnitzel and it was absolutely disgusting, processed paddies you get from woollies with chips no salad nothing at all $18 what a disappointment

We stayed one night in one of the hotel style rooms. It was spacious and clean. Checking in and out was very easy. Staff were great. We had a great Chinese meal in the club. Would highly recommend and would go again.

Super friendly staff, great prices and great food,-Chinese. Fantastic bar prices and lots of meat raffles. A favourite with the locals. High recommended.

Bowling Club cabins were clean and roomy. Hot shower and decent sized kitchen and undercover deck. I wish there was more to choose from with regards to food as the Chinese was horrible and I was burping the pizza up for 3 days.

Nice meals, good choice, good price. We stayed in Evans Head for 5 nights. We visited the bowls club on the last night unfortunately. We would have dined there more often if we had visited earlier.

Waited an hour for 4 pizzas and went and asked about them. Order was still sitting on counter and hadn't been started. Ordered was forgotten. Not a very busy night. No excuse. 5 hungry children waiting. Never again, will go somewhere else. Total waiting time when pizzas finally arrived was 95 minutes. Quicker to dial a pizza in ballina/ Lismore and go pick-up.

Amazing club, fun family atmosphere, people of all ages, sitting having dinner, great food ,
great music, the perfect way to run a community/ bowls club, well done, Evans Head bowlo!

Very basic, simple interiors, tiny coffee machine on for limited time during day, but great chinese restsurant herein

I hate having to complain about companies but I really wish you could select less than 1 star... My family of 5 went there for lunch today. All I can say is it is by far THE WORST meal I have ever eaten, seen or been served. Little did we know that you couldn't buy normal "pub meals" - so we settled for the "Australian meals" on the Chinese restaurant menu. My partner got a "Large" chicken schnitzel meal which came out the size of my palm & was disgusting, processed chicken!!! Served with approximately 20 overcooked, cold chips... My little kids (1, 2 & 4) got chicken nuggets which weren't even cooked properly. There was a particular staff member that was very rude to myself and 3 small children and made it an even worse experience for us by telling me "well if you don't like it then......" - attitude was gross considering the absolutely disgusting meal we had just experienced.. Long story short - my young family sadly will not be back..
