Graham who works at the club in the tank bar made my wife and I one of the most amazing Irish coffees we have had in a long time thankyou Graham

I am having chemotherapy and was wearing a woollen beanie. I am very conscious of my thinning hair. I was asked to remove my "hat". If this is the Club's policy, this should be advertised on their website and we could have gone somewhere else. I had an instant headache and ended up not enjoying my meal.

We stopped in at Club Foster while we were visiting some family. The food was a hit and miss. I must say the oysters natural were delicious for a club feed. The chips were hot and fresh and love that they are served with gravy. The lamb cutlets were so dry that it was hard to chew, which was a bummer cause really that was all that let the food down. The Bar staff were friendly and efficient. Love that they stock Brooklyn's Ginger beer and they serve crushed ice not cubed. Makes all the difference. Only thing that would have brought it all together is an indoor kids play ground in the dining section. So many parents would be able to relax and enjoy themselves that way.

Fun night out at the club. Good food served hot and fast. Wide selection of beverage. Live music after the meat raffle. Recommended during your visit to Forster.

Entrees were good and mains inedible. Steak ordered medium rare, may as well have ordered jerky with a side of microwave vegetables. Completely overpriced and underwhelming. My husbands palmy had similar feedback.

Main was 3 slices of meat with frozen vegetables
Dessert was only just acceptable
The entertainment was so loud you couldn't hear the person sitting beside you.The fact that we spent well over a thousand dollars to go straight to McDonald's says it all

Visited travel expo. Enjoyed our shared meal, great coffee at bistro. Plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Club was clean, and easy to find your way around.

Great club, yummy food, friendly service 😋

We went to the club for lunch. There are plenty of choices on the menu. Staff were good. The food came out fast and was delicious and good-sized servings. They have meals and cafe, so you can get a full meal or just a toasted sandwich if that's all you feel like.

My husband and I are from Queensland, every year in September we go to Forster to see my sister-in-law for her birthday and we go to lunch there everytime we visit.  We even brought a friend with us this time.  Last Wednesday we had lunch there;  as per usual, we thoroughly enjoyed the dishes we ordered  especially mine the chicken pesto cannelloni was so yummy!  Friendly staff, quick and quality service.

Did I enjoy my evening? Most of it.
Would I go back? No.

Why three stars?
?? One for the friendly staff.
?? Another for the great food.
?? A third for the great facilities.

Why did they lose two stars? Because we could not stay and enjoy the live music. Security effectively kicked us out because we had a 10 year old and a 17 year old and the live music was in a bar with people drinking. We tried to stand were we weren't in the bar anymore and they still kicked us out. We were offered the choice to go watch football but that not why we were there. So we were ejected.

Secondly, you cannot enter without being subjected to the view of poker machines. One room on the way into the servery and a second when using the amenities.

All staff were polite and the food great but call me old fashioned but I think Foster RSL should be truly a family venue where you can go with your kids and enjoy yourself past 8pm. Yes, we have RSA requirements but these allow for venues to cater for people under 18 where as Club Foster isn't really a club but an Adults only venue with rules like this.

Came here while waiting for our reservation at another venue. The place looked nice, clean and well presented. However when I went to the bar to ask for a Shiraz, the woman at the bar gave me the most disgusting look and demanded for my ID with the most foul attitude. I understand it's her job, and I've been ID many times, but never like that, it was a bit off-putting and seemed almost cringy that I wanted a red.

Had the beef burger . Best Aussie burger I had I ages.mrs had the chicken with veg and salad. Both meals were incredibly well priced for the quality. Only downside is the chicken was slightly dry but we will give it another go

The prices are quite low.

The food selection is quite limited, lots of dishes missing while still exist in the menu.
Some food is not baked well, eg potatoes, vegetables. The pasta we ordered was with traces of dirt, unfortunately, not being able to eat it.

I'm not giving club Foster two stars for the club, I'm giving club Forster's bistro two stars. They really need to lift their game as I've been going there for two years and the menu is exactly the same as what it was two years ago. Add to this it's the only place where I've had a hamburger where the meat patty was tough, don't ask me how they managed to do that but they did. The club itself is quite pleasant and the staff very good, so from that point of view I'd probably give the club itself four out of 5 stars.

Visited Club Forster for dinner, Food was Deliciously Good and very filling. The atmosphere was very friendly with affordable prices. The service was super fast, Overall a very good experience. 5 Stars!!

Forster golf club has a good bistro with a large selection of meals that won't leave you disappointed. It also has all the beers on tap not a select few that can leave you missing out on your preferred taste as happens in a lot of other clubs in the surrounding areas. As it's adjacent to the ocean it's a good place for a golf course as the regular sea breezes are a welcome relief on the warm summer days

A beautiful place to catch up with friends. Really friendly staff and great food. The pool hall looks like a lot of fun and also has 3 dart boards. Plenty of rooms for private functions.

Kenny's Thai @ club Forster. Sometimes club fare or small places like this within club can be a bit inauthentic and not so nice...this place is a gem. Food looks great, tastes great and service is fast and friendly with Kenny also coming out and making suggestions. Nice, tasty surprise. We had a lot of food and was reasonably priced. Didn't book thinking no need, by the time we left people were lined up waiting for a table. Not Bangkok sure, but worth a visit when you're staying here.

People at the front were wonderful very nice, my parents ordered some salad which ended up being all Moldy, I myself got a pizza and it tasty nice but look uncooked and not to pleasant, won't be coming back again.

Not a bad place to get a cheap bite to eat. Entertainment can be a hit or a miss. staff are mostly great general manager is a massive tool.

Good food. Would highly recommend that if you are in Forster to come in and have a bite to eat. But makesure your there before 9pm as the kitchen closes

Very basic food at the bistro. Ordered a medium steak and it was well done. Other clubs in the area are better.

We came here on some ones recommendation. The food was lovely. From their bistro. Very good covid check in. Enjpyed our meals and had a nice night.

Security try to start a problem with anyone even if the customer has a good reason or counter argument. They don't even bother to listen to a customer no matter the case which I find is extremely unprofessional

Fantastic Club, excellent Bistro in a very pleasant setting, attended Robertson Bros Concert, fortunate to receive cancelled tickets, excellent performers. Staff warm, friendly and helpful. Thai Restaurant certainly worth a visit.

The Snooker team from Seven Hills RSL make the pilgrimage evey June long weekend to play against the Club. A great bunch of people. Staff are super friendly and the upstairs restaurant has amazing food, the Cafe make really nice coffee which is a bonus for a club. Highly recommended.

Great for young families, room for little ones to move about and a nice outdoor area. It's flat has stairs and lifts.
Its a spot for all to make dinner easy,get togethers easy your in then out.
Be mindful of school holidays it is crazy there.
Food for us has been good but I can't speak for other people. Nice and tidy

Great place to visit , Bistro has lovely food, cafe great, Kenny's Thai Restaurant upstairs is very nice food. I also belong to the Travel Club which meets upstairs 3rd Monday in the month & go on monthly bus trips. Also started having shows again with fantastic artists.

We visited a week ago and had a great roast meal. Plenty of it and delicious. Enjoyed our stay.

Very nice club. Big and very easy to get turned around in but it was great to look around. Brassiere is ver good but staff were not quick to acknowledge anyone.

Great place for food,entertainment, and drinks. Quite a relaxing atmosphere with things to do for the young and elderly. Great place for family to enjoy. Great Covid practice keep us all safe.

Wonderful parking was good. Staff excellent. Food was delicious and didn't have to wait long.Highly recommend you go there.
