My family and I had an amazing night last night for new years, although I have to say, I got such a terrible vibe from the band, and they were just not great. But other than that, the atmosphere was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, and the servers were both incredible and kind. The bar staff were super kind and made me the most amazing cocktail. And to top it all off, one of the amazing staff, her name was Brooke, made the effort to go around to tables, checking in to see how our night was going and if there was anything she could do for us.
It's hard to find establishments with great caring staff, so we will definitely be back!

Booked a party of 11 for 6 (including 4 children) for a birthday gathering. We allowed for the fact that it was busy for a Monday night but as the meals trickled out we had an uncomfortable wait as the 2 children's meals and a serve of yearly schnitzel just didn't come. Others in the party were almost finished their meals when we hunted down the 3 missing meals.
The yearling schnitzel was over cooked, cold and not edible - we can only guess it sat on the servery for a long period of time due to a clear shortage of good servers.
I was advised they would cook me another but after waiting so long for it to come in the first place, the children and other guests would have had to watch me eating whilst waiting for birthday cake.
I cannot recommend La Trattoria based on service and food

I have always found the staff super friendly. I had difficulty signing on with my phone. A staff member 'Caleb' was so patient , welcoming and helpful.
The restaurant food is never disappointing. Service is quick and prices are reasonable.

The food is a little on the expensive side, portions small and not too clean no particular service. The receptionist was rude and didn't bother to give us a table.
