Had a lovely prawn pasta at the Club today. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Pleasantly surprised as most Club meals are just ordinary.

The food was fresh and tasty. Good schnitzel with gravy and flame grilled style burgers. Club food but with some quality

Nothing bad, but nothing amazing either. Serving size good but flavour unremarkable and uninspired. Good selection. Did well at getting little things right like bringing out meals for large group in same time frame and getting cooking preferences correct.

Great local club with lots of events happening throughout the year. The bistro offers a nice range of meals at a reasonable price. Nice outdoor area to dine and a large grassed area for the kids to run around while you sit back and relax and enjoy your meal.

My mum and I were totally enjoying everything we ordered and ate in this club. Service was great too.

Loved the food and the drinks were good value. There is a nice play area for kids which could maybe use a bit more equipment but still quite good. Definitely worth a visit

Awesome food, very well priced, really delicious. Especially the garlic butter prawns and smoked salmon salad!

Thankfully they have new management in the restaurant. The steak was perfect and everyone else enjoyed their food as well.

Basic local club. Clean and tidy. Friendly team. Nothing negative, just a very basic offering. The food is very basic club food and could be so much more. Outside kids playground.

The food was ok as the pasta seemed a bit too buttery or oily for us, the cheesy garlic bread was good and the place was decent. Customer service was not the best on both sides of bistro and drinks. The skinny guy with long hair at the bar trying to act cool when we asked for a non-alcoholic beer for one of our friends. He should learn to respect everyone's choice if someone doesn't drink alcohol. Not coming back due to the quality of service.

Went with a group of 23..we were quite squashed and the menu didn't look impressive. Reluctantly ordered a chix, avocado salad .was pleasantly surprised, no horrible mesclan, well cooked chicken, iceberg lettuce, cuc, tomatoes, capsicum and perfect avocado, thoroughly enjoyed. Shame no free drink as with the specials..pay more, get less!

Went to the club last night, first time in a few years, heard good things as apparently it has new owners of only a month or so. My husband had the pork ribs which he said were delicious and very big portion unfortunately me and a friend had the seafood basket which was dreadful two very small over cooked pieces of fish and
dried out calamari and prawns that tasted like rubber. Her partner had the fish and chips and said it was very average too. Not sure I'll go back.

Absolutly fantastic. Portions are very generous, food and drinks were made very quickly and fresh and the prices were even better. We will be back and this is becoming our regular for family dinners.

Some of the ordered food was excellent and some not good. Surprised to see such a poor Asian satay dish even when there was an Asian chef in the kitchen.

Four of us went for lunch. It was our first time to the club and we were really happy with our visit. The food was really tasty, with big portion sizes and well priced. The club itself is nicely decored and the staff friendly. Highly recommend!

Food average, but predictable. Some of the 'senior' staff in the restaurant were very rude.

We hadn't been here for a few years, menu very much improved, food very good, so much so I joined the club.

Lovely food and decor! We last visited over 25 years ago, so big changes.

We went to the Galston Club for our last Sydney dinner and OMG! It was a Tuesday night so we took advantage of their Asian night and the food was superb! The duck was succulent and cooked to perfection, as was the mixed entree that we shared. We absolutely LOVE Asian food and despite being fussy where food quality is concerned, we were in gastronomic heaven!

An added bonus was the portion sizes, the prices of the menu items and the fast and friendly service. I wish we'd discovered the Galston Club at the start of our Sydney stay instead of our last night there.

We'll definitely be back next time we're in Sydney!

What an unexpected awesome time we had. Popped in for a quick view and ended up staying for a few hours. Staff and members of the club were very friendly which made it so nice. Food was good quality and was priced extremely well. The decor is a bit outdated, but so what. We will definitely be back.

Visiting family in Galston from Melbourne. Went on the Saturday night back to 80's theme with band. Great value for money on the meals and drinks. Loved the place

Been years since I've been down to the club. Dropped in because I couldn't be bothered cooking tonight. $15 for a very nice steak, salad and chips with sauce on the side including a free glass of wine. Why in the world would you cook? I'm coming back every Saturday night and renewed my membership to make that easier! Very nice meal and excellent value.

Play area could do with an update as its a bit wobbly, old and dangerous.Food is good and staff are lovely, patrons are all friendly.

The food was great and reasonably priced a free coopers beer my steak and chips was an added bonus. I became a member also which made it even cheaper
