Great view if get a window seat. Staff friendly. Food was extremely ordinary! $29 for a pizza that had a rock hard base, little topping and mountains of cheap bbq sauce. Octopus salad special - octopus was lovely but salad was drenched in a sweet, not good dressing. Great for a drink but do not recommend the food. Restaurant prices for school canteen food.

Food is sub par compared to previous owners. Tried many combos on the menu and all are dry, lacking in flavour or soggy! Steak is never as you order it and the new stake sandwich is soggy! Sauce has been downsized to tiny… so tiny you fishy your meal and could have had three more servings of sauce! Not to say $30 a steak sandwich(new on the menu annd zero comparison) and buns not even toasted, no bacon and just untastey! Not impressed from a local!

This was fine. Food was just okay and service a bit abrupt. We were expecting the fun and welcoming experience of a surf club restaurant with good seafood etc but this place is a bit more geared towards locals and meat raffles. Better options in the area.

We last ate here 2 years ago and loved it so much, we returned the following night. Having heard they've changed caterer's we were cautious about coming back here but we cannot fault our experience at the club. All staff members were friendly and welcoming, quick with a laugh and some tips on places to visit nearby. The have Resch's on tap, so there's a bonus star from me. The food was delicious, we had the red curry from the menu while I ordered the sticky pork belly parmi off the specials board. Now this was so good, they should add it to the permanent menu. What a treat, and the schnitzel was huge. Both meals were cooked to perfection and portions were large, so it's great value for money. This club is a great place to pop in for a bite and drink, with plenty of specials each day of the week.

Went for lunch on Monday. Lunch special Rump salad & chips were excellent & great value for money. 😋 Lovely friendly club & all staff friendly & helpful
