We had lunch at Gerroa Boat Fisherman's Club on Saturday and it was an absolute delight! The chicken parmigiana was seriously impressive - the flavors were spot on, and the serving size was generous to say the least. I paired it with chips and a fresh salad, which complemented the dish perfectly. And the fish and chips? Cooked to a golden brown perfection, with a delicious batter that wasn't too heavy or greasy.

But what really made our experience stand out was the stunning view from the upstairs dining area. Overlooking Seven Mile Beach, it was the perfect accompaniment to our meal. We felt like we were treating ourselves to a special occasion!

We've been to Gerroa Boat Fisherman's Club a number of times before, and every time it's been a great experience. The service is always friendly, and the food is consistently top-notch. So, if you're looking for a great spot to grab lunch or dinner with a view, look no further! Just be sure to book a table in advance, as it gets busy - especially on weekends. Can't wait to come back and do it all again!

Beautiful view and amazing seafood players. I had the burger and enjoyed it. My partner had the seafood players for one, which was generous enough for an entree for 4 people. Get there by 12 on weekends or reserve. Join the ordering queue early. You'll need to provide ID on arrival for temporary membership. The golf course looks spectacular but we were there for the food.

A great local with fresh seafood at a reasonable price. It's nothing fancy, but perfect to bring the family for a solid meal. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The food and the view are equally amazing! With the husband and wife team cooking and Mum (Julianne) running front of house the food and service was exceptional. It was my husbands 50th birthday and she even sang to him! The menu has all your old favourites, fresh and to the highest standard. If you are looking for million dollar views with cuisine to match this is the place! Hopefully the scallop mornay is on the specials menu! Try the herb bread with homemade chutney too!

I returned here last weekend for the first time since 1995 and was quite impressed with the internal renovations after seeing the instantly recognisable entry facade of the building .

Gorgeous views of Seven Mile Beach [and hilarious free fun witnessing the kids rolling down the hilly sections below]. Def rec going for the sunset on the top floor. The scallops were amazing as well as the steak and the sole. Friendly service too.

Was here on a Saturday night for the ginormous seafood platter. EVERY SINGLE THING was incredible.

Bang for buck, value for money seafood platter.

Hot tip: buy a raffle for the seafood take home trays. It's good fun and worth it!

Sunday drive to @gerroa_fishos for lunch.
Place was packed but the staff at the entrance was so very lovely and helpful. She helped find us a table with an excellent view of the waters.
Food was delicious and portions were huge.
We had herb garlic bread with cheese, the perfectly cooked Barramundi and chips, and the salt and pepper squid was YUM too.

First timer for a Saturday night feed. Food was exceptional, serving size was generous, food was served fresh and wait times were short. Great pricing considering it's seafood and the serving size. I ordered cheesy garlic bread, fish and chips my partner got the Chefs special 'Whole chilli crab linguini'. We were full to the brim, can not recommend this place enough and I've head the day time views are amazing!

Pub grub. Looked better than it was. The squid was barely warm. The fish was very oily. The breading on the schnitzel completely fell off when cut indicating a missed process or rush job or both, expect better from a restaurant. Great views though.

The seafood platter for 2 was very generous and the seafood was all very fresh. The chilli lobster was over cooked which was a shame. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The scallops were a little over done and couldn't taste or see the fingerlime. Worth dropping in and having a meal here if you are in the area.

We took a group of our seniors for lunch and even with a group our size, the service was amazing. They were so easy to work with and honestly, couldn't do enough for our clients, even with the technical difficulties we had on our end. The club is accessible and the view is breathtaking, even on a rainy day! stand outs were the schnitzel, fish and chips and the wings. We cannot wait to return with another group. Thanks so much! Popped in for my wedding anniversary and was met with friendly service from all the staff. Our meals came out in a timely manner considering how busy it was. No complaints with the food at all. Meat was tender and the seafood was delicious. Highly recommend the surf & turf. My wife and I will definitely be coming back again!

Just don't get the chicken. $28 for a plate of stale chips and some creamy pesto sauce. Also got the chicken schnitty which was over cooked and extremely dry. 'It's a busy Sunday' shouldn't be an excuse for inconsistency and below average food but unfortunately that is the conclusion we came to. Never expect anything fancy but today was pretty poor form. You really do pay for the view.

The Gerroa fishos is a top spot for some beers/wines and fish and chips or fisherman's plates. Great view, though it's almost always blown out and windy when I get up here. A lot of people getting pretty turbo in here as well which is fun. The fish and seafood is the pick though.

Bought takeaway from the club while staying in Gerroa. Great prawn cutlets and flathead, Beautifully presented with side salad. Thoroughly recommend this place.

I have visited this place a few times a year for over 30 years. My favourite meal from the Seahorse Brasserie is the whole lemon sole. I have tried other meals and the quality is fine. But this is my favourite dish. In all this time, the great thing about the food and service is consistency. Whatever you do, don't change anything. You guys and gals are doing a fantastic job. Keep it up.

My family and I recently visited here for a birthday and were collectively disappointed. We have visited previously a few times, based on ease of location, view and average food. However this experience was a severe let down that will lead us to not return again. We ordered a variety of foods that were such poor quality (even for pub/RSL style food). The fish was covered in a gross cream sauce, seafood platter was average and used excessive and strange use of fruit (the prawns were strewn on top of a rockmelon), the nachos were lacking cheese, seasoning and sauce and the steaks were overcooked. Not to mention the price is a little steep considering that it is below average pub food quality. Staff were especially frustrated and the interior design is too tragic to counteract the gorgeous view. I would recommend visiting for drinks whilst passing through, but that's all. Our entire family wont be back.

First visit. A small community focused club which is not flash but the coastal views are to die for. Food was above average for a bistro meal.
Will definitely visit again when the weather is fine so I can sit outdoors and fully take in those views and the sea air.

Not a bad place to visit. One of the few places you can eat at in the area.
There are plenty of tables but we came as a party of 2 and was able to get a seat without booking. Though I can imagine when it is peak time you might be required to.
Portions are generous and they have some daily specials.
Overall its generally what you expect of a bistro.

Always a great place for a feed and I've never been disappointed after any of my many visits to this club. There is always plenty to choose from on the menu, the food is good and served up quickly, and you couldn't ask for a better view overlooking 7 Mile Beach... Any weather.

All staff were very friendly, the view was fantastic and our meals were ready in no time. A little bit pricey for lunch but the serving size was generous. Chips were a bit undercooked, but I did hear a lady in the club telling her friend that her chips were good. Maybe I just got a bad batch. I had the chicken schnitzel with creamy garlic sauce and my husband had his with the mushroom sauce. There was only a couple of pieces of mushroom in his sauce, but said that it still tasted good. Excellent Covid precautions in place.
