Great place , great atmosphere n great beer,food n staff

We had a 50th/3rd birthday yesterday and honestly the day couldn't have gone any better. Was a bit of stuff around and miss communication with organising it so make sure you double check all the details and confirm everything but on the day everything went perfect. Staff were amazing and very accommodating even went as far as to get board games and things out for the kids. Food was fantastic. Everyone was happy.

Can't recommend enough. Held a function recently and it was terrific. Tim couldn't help enough, nothing was too much. Alicia from the Eatery was amazing, so attentive and food was great. Tracey behind the bar had her work cut out for her but didn't falter all night, serving lots of people and delivering wonderful service.
Not to mention the club supports so much local sporting teams and group. Great place all round!

I travel as part of my job. This Eatery is my standard of quality for creamy pasta and seafood basket. I have ordered delivery twice. the price to portion ratio is correct and quality is adequate. I will continue to order from here.

Friendly staff but food not great. Steak tough and salad was soggy and not inviting. Pork snitzle average and vegetables cold. Sorry but would not recommend the food and prices for a non member not value for money.

The food has not improved over the last few months. Very disappointed. The bar staff are a delightful crew. Jo brightens the place up. Bring back decent meals would make the club again.

It's a very friendly atmosphere. The staff are friendly. The food is good.

Friendly staff beers poured on point. Unlike some pubs the effort into the daily function is well organised. Na I'm not banned from anywhere I choose to drink here . When I just duck in is because I'm either trying to double triple and yea sometimes I do . When I come to gamble I come prepared to lose that's how much I gamble. Gotta roll with the punches few card punches that's the other thing the transfer method is unlike most functional pubs in Australia . The bistros hectic get mad schnitzels sometimes . :) . Gamble what you can afford to lose . What platforms that on . Two. All I can say and on that note of.

Good food at a reasonable price point, but the dining room is dark, dated and a little on the shabby side.

Nice country bowling club with good facility, great food and welcoming staff.

Lovely staff at the bistro and the bar.Tonight I was looked after by Ben at the bar, and the 1920s-looking lovely lady at the Eatery.(sorry, I didn't catch her name).The Asian Beef Salad was gorgeous. Just a hint of chilli, and lovely flavour!

Friendly atmosphere

What a great small bowling club next to the railway. Nice feel club. Made to feel very welcoming and friendly by staff and regular patrons. Thanks to Scott - manager and to all the staff. My husband and I (visiting from Bega area) have been to the club on a daily basis of our 1 weeks visit to historic Goulburn. Playing social bowls. Bingo. Relaxing and dining for either lunch or dinner. (Love their meals). The bistro at the bowlo called - Spices and the variety of different flavours of meals and their weekly daily specials is just the best value and so yummy and scrumptious. The staff who run the bistro side of the bowlo are extremely efficient and friendly. A big asset to the club. Has been pleasure to visit the bowlo. Highly recommend the bowlo for anyone visiting Goulburn. MM
