It was alright, but I probably won't return. I went there a couple weeks ago with some family. The lady at the order counter was very nice, we got a nice table that may have needed a clean, we got drinks also and they were nice. When it came to the food, however, it wasn't as good as I expected. The garlic bread was cold, had a big slab of unmelted garlic butter in the middle and the bread was dry. Main meals came shortly after. I got the lemon chicken and it was good, others there got chicken schnitzels, steaks and one got the roast of the day. The meals were all alright. The only big take away I have with this place was how the garlic bread came out.

Burnt steak - horrible customer service

We ordered 2 char-grilled Angus rump steak & received 2 charcoal pieces of steak. I can still taste the burnt bitter after taste in my mouth an hour later.

Complained to the bistro manager and the executive chef. They reckon I don't know how to eat char-grilled steak and assured me that no refund will be given. I didn't even ask for a refund. Unsure if racism was at play (I am Asian) but I had the feeling they thought I was out for a free meal.

Couldn't give a damn about the $60 plus I paid for 2 horrible meals with the complimentary attitude and 0 customer service. I just felt like an idiot trying to argue with a bunch of bigots.

I reserved a piece of the GoulBURNT special as evidence & will be making a complaint to the NSW ombudsman.

On the bright side, the server at the bistro counter & the lady at the entrance were nice. For this reason, you have been given 1 star instead of 0.

Came here 2 nights in a row, first night I got the "buffalo" wings and barramundi more like cardboard wings I think weetbix and water are closer to buffalo wings than theirs. The Barra was also very average.. Tonight I got the scotch fillet rare with pepper sauce. It came rare but had no flavour, it was chewy and tasted like charcoal. The pepper sauce was less than disappointing also.
Needless to say I will never come back here for food ever again.

Came here for the first time passing through, I have to say....the service is exceptional!!! From the lady at the front entrance to the gentleman taking my order at the bistro area all lovely!!!! Very worthwhile having dinner here. Considering becoming a member as I travel regularly from Sydney to Canberra. $20 steaks on Mondays and Tuesdays!!! Drinks well priced.

Goulburn Workers Club is a friendly, all encompassing retreat for various reasons. I call in each week for lunch and a rest on a long journey. The food is always nutritious, well priced and nourishing. Coffee just the way I like it. And staff are always friendly and helpful. A really good meeting place for the community and visitors.

The staff were excellent. Went out of their way to refund (Isabella I think)me $20 voucher that I forgot to use at ordering. Food was great & the gaming room great with Roulette machines. Excellent club

Great place to dine if you are super hungry, huge serves of tasty food, at very affordable prices, variety of drinks to go with your meal.

came here to charge my EV electric vehicle. They have a free charging facility in the car park. The food was good. Steak sandwich and Caesar salad. Good to see they employed someone with a disability. Staff were friendly. Toilets were clean. Was a good break from all the driving from Sydney to Melbourne.

Had dinner here amazing specials they have for members and tourists. The staff were so friendly. Made me feel really welcomed. If you're driving past Goulburn go to the workers club for a meal.

Enjoyed a delicious Scotch Fillet with fries, and Slow cooked pepper brisket burger. Steak was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Fries were delicious as was the Burger. Highly recommend Goulburn Workers Club, renovated, classy and great service and friendly staff. Thanks Team!

Great friendly place, team members greet you with warm big smiles, A pleasant change from my local club. Came up from Wollongong to watch the WRESTLING.
Popped into their cafe for a coffee and cake.
The cakes were displayed beautifully, huge range of delicious fresh desserts. Was hard to choose.
Lemon curd roll got my pick... that was served with cream and ice cream. Devine.
Emily made my experience complete. Charming young lady. Who gave excellent service.

The club is huge, and the dining area catered well for those of us who wanted to be physically distancing from our neighbours. The food was good club grub, with something for the varying appetites in our group.

Staffs are there so friendly and helpful. You can tell they do enjoy their jobs. Foods are really yummy especially for half price deal, it's really bonus indeed!

Really nice place to visit. Although you might want to train staff so they know about the other areas in the club. Also to not have our table cleared once the whole time we were there wasn't very good service. We even moved and had dinner came back and still not cleared. You could understand if they were busy.

That was a great burger! Nicely cooked, cooked through but not dry. Crispy bacon. Right amount of cheese and veg. Crispy chips on the side. Ive had several meals here the last year or two and always good and good value.

Been here on two separate occasions, once for dessert and coffee and another for lunch. The schnitzels here are so good, there were 7 of us, and almost all of us ordered schnitzels and were impressed. There are coffee and cake deals, but the prices are so good you should just pick what you want to eat... Also all desserts can be served a la mode, so bring on the ice cream!
