The GDSC hosted my engagement party in November last year, everything went swimmingly.
Love the decor, really refreshing.
Had lunch and dinner multiple times here and never had a bad experience, staff are excellent and the 'pub grub' is the best in town. Great value too.

Highs and lows of yesterday's lunch. Best corned beef, tender and delicious. Roast beef worst meal ever. Presentation looked like 2 shoe soles mounded high covered in gravy. Put me off just looking at it. Proved to be correct. Excessive 2 large thick tough slices hiding overcooked veg. The pumpkin was nice. Presentation just disgusting.

Easy parking, several bars, bistro and secondary type bistro for smaller meals. No real craft beers on tap, basic beers but friendly service. Ordered food as pictured. Chicken wings and seafood basket. Seafood basket was just ok. Very bland and not much taste. Wings were ok again, but soaked in a sickly sweet sauce which covered the salad with a different dressing. Wings were whole, which are a messy affair to pull apart. Great selection of pokies. I petsonally wouldn't return for the beer or food, but if local, you would enjoy having a beer here.
