Had lunch on Easter Monday. Steak was fabulous and fish was so so. But overall experience was fabulous. Kitchen pumped out meals in timely fashion. One of the girls (tall one) was fantastic. Shorter girl was a passenger. Woman behind bar was very professional and welcomingTo those demanding customers who hadnt appreciated holiday trading, get a life. After a day on the road, we were looking forward to a nice club meal. After getting ready and checking the clubs website we headed down as it showed food available. To our dismay on arrival we were informed that no food at any restaurant was available. They were all closed. This was at 530 pm on a Thursday. No wonder people decide to bypass towns. Absolutely apauled with the club management. The local fish and chip shop was getting a bumper trade. JD.

My husband and I are travelling from. Geelong to Sydney. Had a stopover in Gundagai last night. Sunday nights aren't easy in finding somewhere to eat. The Chinese cuisine we had at the services club was amazing. We both agreed it was the best chinese food we have ever had. Thank you for an amazing experience. The staff are all friendly too.

Paid $90 for dinner order (just 3 dishes) before reading all the negative reviews. Then overheard table next to us return their dinner as it was over-cooked. Then table behind us discussing the steep pricing. Wasn't holding out hope. Took half an hour to arrive but it was ... alright. Nothing special. Won't go back though.
Staff are super friendly though.

This was a coffee + cake visit, late morning.

We were the only people in the cafe. Not sure I would do a morning tea again. Cake was dense and very cold. However, presented nicely with canned cream and some raspberry drizzle. Coffee was nice. $13.70 for 1 x coffee and 1 x cake.

Great parking.
Clean toilets (best place to stop in Gundagai for this reason).
Easy access.
Will go back and try lunch / dinner.

Had dinner here last night with my partner. And it was by far the best Chinese cuisine I've had in a very long time. Most of the pubs don't do much food on a Sunday if any.... but this place has no issues having chefs able to work on the weekends. So glad we had dinner here at the Tian restaurant.
