Lobster mornay on Wednesday night was so delicious and flavourful - made in house. Salt and pepper squid was really good too.

Husband and I dined here for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The bistro venue is lovely with a fresh, bright atmosphere of the decor. Friendly service from the wait staff. The bar staff could be a bit more informative when ordering drinks. Both our meals were lovely. I had steak, hubby had apricot chicken. The balcony view looks great to enjoy a good meal on. Nice cosy venue and will be back to dine.
The bowling club overall is small, with dining upstairs.

Absolutely rubbish rang up and the chef said he can make another one but I will have to pay for it wouldn't be enough for an adult to eat and be satisfied with $68 garbage food highly don't recommend these guys at all

If you want value for money and a good feed with a nice view and nice friendly faces, then the gwandlen Bowling Club is your place. The food is quite surprising, and delicious oysters were great. Calamari was yummy, and the classic fish and chips were not at all. Kid friendly ice cream with every kids meal.

Fabulous new restaurant called Foreshore. Had Chilli Prawns as a main, ABSOLUTELY YUMMY ??? perfectly cooked with just the right amount of chilli. Highly recommended.

Gavin was the best fellow to drive the bus, super friendly and got us home nice and safely.. definitely remember this place!! And Gavin, super nice Bloke!

I live locally and have tried to give the bowlo a go on a number of occasions and every time i have I remember why I didn't want to eat there. The food is awful, flavourless, and overpriced. The staff are nice enough and have decent service but the food is terrible which is a shame because it's a nice venue.

Definitely won't order ever again. We thought to try the new restaurant at the club. But food was seriously overpriced for what you get. A portion chips which wasn't worth more then 3 dollars was 9 dollars. They made a mistake in the order as well so had to go back again. Lady on the phone was okay but when I got back the lady didn't even know what I was talking about so took ages before I could go back home. The nachos where the worst I've ever had. The only appealing food we had was the chicken pieces from the kids menu....

Had dinner at the bistro. The service was excellent, the lady on front of house did a great job. Had a nice big burger and a pizza. Just the chicken on the pizza was a bit overcooked/tough.
