Great food, service, friendly staff and charming locals.

The Food and the Service is always top notch. The Family having been coming for the yearly pre Christmas lunch for years and they always cater as the group will grow and shrink as the family spreads and travels.
But the food and service remain well above par.

A few mates and I have had dinner here occasionally for the last few weeks - awesome food and customer service every time. We sat outside tonight in the new outside dining area and had issues with mosquitos, asked the staff if they had any mozzie spray and they didn't, so they sent the bus driver to the shops to get some! Great customer service

Great meal, very nice and enjoyable calamari. Meal with chips and salad, quite big for seniors and so really a waste of food, but we paid for it as it was Saturday night. Great atmosphere and beautiful outlook over the oval. Thanks for a lovely evening.

Food plentiful.... tasty.... good value as special was 50% off second meal. Dining area was very cold. Gaming machines very generous

Great, friendly local club. Bistro meals, sports on weekends, Bingo Thursday nights. Something for everyone.

Attended an event at The Hastings Club on the weekend as a guest, organiser and a speaker and was blown away by how helpful the staff were. Food was great too. Function room was prepared for us. And Lorraine was amazing in the way she helped with technical support also. A+++

First time coming here and been living in Hastings almost two years. My seafood linguine was delicious, very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and service was quick. Very impressed I'll be back :)

Went to the Hastings Club on Saturday for their Beatlez tribute. What a great night! Lovely meal and the band had everyone up and dancing! Looking forward to the next event!

Always great food and the staff are fantastic

We were killing time and had a toasted sandwich and a drink it was cool inside so we stayed for about 1hour.

Had been several years since dinning at The Hastings Club, but pleased to say it was a greatly improved experience!
All staff were very attentive and helpful, good menu variety with excellent meals had by all.

Our group meets every month here, Service fabulous, Staff fabulous, Food fabulous, and that's why we keep coming back!

Booked a reservation, showed up, no table ready, 20 mins later still no menu, cutlery or service. We took our business elsewhere. Extremely disappointing considering we are MEMBERS !!!

I'd like to say a very BIG thank you to the Hastings Club for hosting my son's 21st birthday party. The night was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Thank you to all the staff that worked that night . You all did a fantastic job. A special thank you to the chef . Your food was sensational . The variety of foods you prepared , to cater to everyone's tastes, was above and beyond anything I expected.

Why isnt there a 0 starr rating. I was so disappointed and upset at their inability to follow instructions for a wake held at the Hastings Club. They were told on the Thursday, Saturday and Monday prior to the wake what food was required, room set up and computer for photos.
It was like they had forgotten. They did not enough food for the number of guests yet they were told how many would be there. We had to ask for more food on 2 occasions, hot finger food was cold and from the frozen food section of a supermarket rather than made on site, slices were cut up cakes from display cabinet, no fruit platter at all. Just disrespectful service for a past player
Never again and I will.be writing to committee about lack of care and service

Took 2 and a half hours for our food and it didn't even taste good. We didn't even get our food before closing time. Not happy

Very friendly staff and good clean facilities.
The menu included a seniors choice which had a good selection. Meals were delicious but the chicken schnitzel a little dry. The seasalted caramel mousse was heaven and just the right portion. Every night has a different special. Tues is 2 for 1 deal bookings a must. We would return .

Really relaxed atmosphere with excellent meals and a fair sized gaming section for a flutter. Warm friendly staff and of course a couple of dart boards down the back. Something diff from the regular pub scene. 4/5 stars

Went to their steak night last night for the first time. Absolutely delicious! We had stopped ordering steak in restaurants because it was always the cheapest possible cuts, tough and gristly. The Hastings Club cooked us a beautiful porterhouse that just melted in the mouth.

Staff are super friendly and the food is amazing

We go every Monday night for the 2 for 1 deal and food is great. We have also done steak nights and the Ribs and Wings nights as well. Staff are great, Maddy, Leyla, Lachy and all the others are the greatest assets. Always made to feel at home.

Another good place to eat around town . Take advantage of there meal specials

The young waiters are great. Service and staff are good.The quality of the meals however, have deteriorated and our last 3 visits have been very disappointing.Having said that, the Manager has since offered us vouchers for a couple of free meals which is much appreciated. Definitely cannot fault the customer service.

Great well done gentle men good game

First time at the club tonight. Ordered a chicken schnitzel with chips and salad. Overall the food was fantastic. The bar and table service from Taylah and Layla was very good. Highly recommended for a good feed and atmosphere. 10/10 will be back.
