Without doubt one of the best places to eat in Healesville. Fantastic new chefs offer really delicious meals - their curries are a specialty. They also have special nights mid week which are great value. Service always fast and friendly. Keep up the good work guys !

Stopped here for a drink and a go on the pokies. Beer/Wine very reasonably priced. Staff and Patrons were friendly. A very nice display of people who have served from around the local area inside as well.

Popped in on the way back from Lake Mountain. We had a great time. Anita and Kate were fantastic! - super friendly and great with our group of six kids, accommodating the blinds, heating, and kids play area. The food was amazing; everyone enjoyed their meal, and the kids fish and chips were a big hit, super fresh and crispy. Plus, the prices were really good compared to private pubs/restaurants. Best RSL we've been to. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Food was good but took a bit of time to come out considering we were the first customers to enter the bistro when it opened at 12 noon. Good parking. Good size serves of food.

Hubby brought a lemon/ lime / bitters , it had too much bitters and tasted like medicine . Offered a replacement, which he"d rather not have .. no money back or discount off next drink ..
Then my meal turns up like this , this was a pepper steak pie ... dry as , so salty , overcooked , couldnt even cut through the pastry .. chef didnt seem to care !! After complaining no offer of a refund .
1st and only time here ! .. no care factor for guests !

This is the most friendliest place we have ever been to. Even making a booking was a pleasant conversation. We were a big family of 9 but everyone loved their meals. Thinking they could probably use grass fed beef for the steaks it could be a better option but will definitely be back. The staff were absolutely amazing ??'? ?.

I had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The steak I had was cooked to perfection, and I truly felt it was worth every penny. Highly recommend!

I've been a couple of times now, and each time, the food has been great. Staff were great and very friendly.

I went there with Kellie for Dinner on Saturday night and I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara and Kellie had a Porterhouse Steak with Mushroom Sauce and Salad. I also had a Raspberry Lemonade and Kellie had a glass of water to drink. They forgot to tell me that they didn't have any Spaghetti only Fettuccini so I asked for a refund.

A Thursday night - not too many people dining in - friendly, helpful staff - cold beer and wine. Good choice. Our meals - my husband had soup of the day - my son had fish with chips and salad - I enjoyed calamari Asian salad.

Our local RSL but hadn't been for a while as food was not good but am very happy to report the meals were excellent. Hot and nicely cooked. New Chef possibly?? Always great atmosphere and staff always very helpful and pleasant.

Best service we have had in a restaurant for a long time! The lovely staff were very accommodating & friendly. Very happy with our parma and pasta dish, kids were happy with their kids meal that included dessert, and the playground.

Great meal and great service. Steak was cooked exactly how we ordered and everything came at a good time. The fruit tingle cocktail was good too!
Overall, great value for what we paid.
Will definitely be back.

My family took me to the lunch before my wine tasting.
Friendly staff helped us to sign in at the counter then enter to the bistro dining area.
We came a little early but nice staff let us seat and check the menu?

Opposite wine celler's coffee was really bad so I would leave my family here whoever don't drink alcohol then walk back to the bistro after the wine tasting? Everyone is happy this way??

We ordered roast and dessert set menu.
Sweet potato was wrapped with roast meat.
I am not the fan of roast and more for steak but everyone ordered the set menu so I did. The roast beef was cooked perfect and yummy ? I did finished all.
There was choice of brownie and Puvlova for dessert. Sweets are always yummy in any place?

Lovely meal, fresh peppered calamari and parmi. Both with chips and fresh salad sorry no photos. Today generous seafood marinara and chicken scallopini. Both sensational. white cheese cake desert delicious

I had lunch on March 23rd, they have a good selection of meals. Excellent value. I had a vegetarian dish.

Awesome meal & service.
Dined here 21/04/2022 for dinner. We had entrees & mains. Entrees consisted of Cheesy Garlic bread & wedges with avocado, sweet chilli sauce, & sour cream. As it was Schnitzel night, we had two seafood toppings & one Mexican topping. The mains were huge & great value.
Great service & the venue was pretty chilled. TAB, Keno & pokies available if you want.

Food was top notch for an RSL / Pub.

The restaurant was not busy but meals took an hour to arrive and when asked for a steak knife was told they didn't have any so it was a struggle to cut steak and five of us ordered the steak. Have been here before for many family gatherings but this time was disappointing.

nice food .. got there with 10 mins before kitchen was going to close, they were happy to allow us to order and eat... nice staff, nice food if your near check it out
