We loved Jeso Bowling Club. Unfortunately we attended a wedding there and we were appalled at the service. The bride and groom didn't get to eat and the bar staff ate and then it was oacjed up. There was a lot of food left. It was a buffet but the kitchen staff allocated what you got.
The bar staff were extremely rude and were more worried about smoking and looking after their bowlers.
We have been members since moving to Wallsend and loved this club and have had several large functions their, but unfortunately until the bar staff are changed or given explicit protocols to follow we won't be back.
At a wedding do not packup a buffet until the Bride and Groom have eaten.

What a great place to relax in, food is absolutely outstanding and quite cheap, the bar staff are very efficient ,there is also social lawn bowls , I'll definitely be paying regular visits

I attended a function on Saturday night and to the 2 ladies behind the bar you did a amazing job serving a large island function and definitely deserve a bonus for your hard work.

Nice little place I hope it gets some people along regularly.

The new Mandala Cuisine restaurant is well worth a visit, the food is delicious authentic Indian and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended

The new dining company. Little Singapore is ... absolutely the bottom line of the Asian cuisine of Newy. The food is so tiny... $15 dollar for a stir fry Asian green( portion of a bunch of green). The portion is like a fine dining ... we ate all the food , even have to mix the sauce with rice... and at the end of the day ... we still don't feel full...

the food here whilst not for me, is worth every penny. the staff here are lovely. i know they cant help it but the location is horrible.
