Dear Henry's Team, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Paddy at Henry's for consistently providing us with a personalized experience every time we visit the club. My wife, son, and I dined at the club this evening, and once again, we were treated to an exceptional dining experience. Paddy's exceptional customer service and genuine dedication to serving customers are qualities that are increasingly rare to find in individuals today. We are truly at a loss for words to adequately express our appreciation for her. We hope that she remains healthy and continues working until her retirement. Paddy's unwavering commitment to her ethics and job was evident when she graciously declined the tip we attempted to offer her, stating that she works for us and does not require the money. She is undoubtedly a hospitality gem for Henry's. While all the other staff members at Henry's are kind, Paddy stands out as an exceptional individual. If I were to establish a hospitality school, I would undoubtedly appoint her as the head lecturer due to her exceptional skills and professionalism. A lot of love and respect to Paddy for her true kindness!!
