Hexham bowling club is 1 of the best clubs in the hunter by far and the food is I'm well traveled across Australia and I've tried a lot of different Chinese restaurants in different states and none have stood close to being as good as Ricky and lily's riverside bistro. It's always a pleasure to have a meal and a few quite drinks at the club. High-quality and highly recommend.

Comfortable space with nice food and an unexpected, brief history lesson from a local about the Hexham Grey (Mosquito) - makes sense, given their mascot!

Was definitely NOT a suclent Chinese meal, the fried rice smelt like it was fried in off chicken juice witch was passed off as seseme oil. 2 plates of keow teow were put on our table and after we had eaten of both one was taken directly from our table and given to a different table as we were only ment to get one. When we complained they took one of our plates and threw it out offering no replacement or refund, all round was a terrible experience witch was disappointing even Jack Karlson wouldn't spend someone elses money on it.

Great food, excellent service! We really enjoy our visits to the Mozzie! Being a member is a real bonus and the sign up fee will probably be covered by the member discounts you get, even if you only visit once!

Excellent food - great prices- friendly wonderful staff and service. Typical of Hexham Bowling Club Management- everything has aways been Gold Standard. I have been a member for about x25 years and just signed up tonight for another x3 Years. Well done everyone. Rex
