I enjoyed playing at this treelined parkland style course. The fairways were in good condition, albeit somewhat undulating on occasions. The greens were also in good condition. Bunkers were not in play due to recent rainfalls. The practice facilities consisted of a putting green and a practice range. The pro shop carries a good range of golfing essentials. I look forward to playing this course again in the future.

I could not fault the professional and welcoming service provided by both Anthony & Luke on our recent visit to Highlands GC.
Having lost a booking at a nearby course (wet, closed) our group was slotted into their Saturday comp at late notice. The course (condition) was a pleasant surprise given the adverse weather leading up to our visit.
A good option for Southern Highlands golf trips, wide array of holes, beautiful "old school" clubhouse, and GREAT staff.
We'll be back next trip.

Wow I seriously don't know why there isn't a que out the door.
The wife had garlic prawns. And I have Garfish which wasn't on the menu. Possibly the best fish I have ever had. Outstanding meal. Of I'm ever in Mittagong again ill be coming back here

During our brief stay in Mittagong we had dinner here and we had a very positive experience. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a friendly lady, possibly the manager and taken to a table with a lovely view over the golf course. It was nice to have our orders taken by the waitress at our table and our meals brought out which we arent accustomed to. The lovely waitress Steph was very friendly and accommodating and she couldn't do enough for us. She wasn't sure about something with our meals so she was more than happy to check. It was her first night and she showed exceptional customer service skills. We really like the atmosphere, customer service and the meal was the best club meal we've had in a long time. Well done!

Lunch was very nice and the ? hot. The 18th hole looks impressive love to play it

A small golf club with an inviting atmosphere. The bar staff are lovely and love their regulars, and the glass cafe has affordable meals that hit the spot.

Well maintained course with some narrow fairways and good variety. The greens are well maintained. We happened across some kangaroos/wallabies along the course as well as some duck. The scenery is beautiful throughout.

Course is in great condition, and is always a challenge.
Local friendly Kangaroos are always good to see.
Pro shop, Greens staff excellent.

Cafe and Bar staff are super efficient and coffee great.

A real plus is that the Highlands is the best draining and warmest venue when it's wet and cold. ??'???

A good course with a lot of character. Good opportunities to shape tee shots to suit the sloping fairways. Hole 7 is a delightful short par 4, that hole alone made the afternoon worthwhile. The back 9 has 4x par 3s but each has it's own challenges, no.17 is about the longest I've played at 208m, but downhill. I'm guessing the altitude may have helped get me a few extra metres. Greens were true and firm. Please fill in divots and repair pitch marks when you play, it was sad to see that some people don't respect the course. The low green fee for a visitor was a plus, makes me likely to return.

The Management needs to 'think outside the square'.

An efficient Manager is thinking of new ideas that will attract new members.

New Restaurant arrangements are a big improvement.

The new Fee structure is a BIG Hit on loyal members.

Been a member for a few years now. Love the course and hospitality. Also love the wild life. Most importantly I enjoy being able to go and play unhindered virtually anytime.

Their sea food was fresh and very tasty.

Played there last week , Course was nearly dry and enjoyed a lovely day..bit goat track in places would be easy to fix with wood chips or similar ( for cart drivers)..lunch was disapointing for all of us, hamburgers were ordinary and overpriced.. will play there again though especially with their 'Thursday Special '

Wheel, walk or drive with extreme caution past this golf course. No safety nets to protect passing pedestrians and cars, so watch for flying golf balls. Been hit unexpectedly today. Looking at other feedback regarding this issues it appears the club isn't too concerned about this.

So disappointed, we actually needed gumboots to play this course. Extremely wet and boggy. This is definately not a course to be played after any amount of rain.pro shop staff could mention the state of the course before paying our money!! Such a shame!!

Really enjoyable layout that's not too hard but a number of narrow fairways requires good shots off the tee for there to be any chance of a good approach shot. Greens were surprisingly slick and best part of the course. Some fairways still recovering from recent wet weather. Nice simple clubhouse and bistro with traditional pub food as well as Asian Yum Cha that was unexpected. Worth a visit.

The best dumplings in the Southern Highlands - hands down. Will is a local legend and I'd drive from Sydney to eat his food.

Great country golf course. Very friendly staff and members well worth a game and meal.

Enjoyable course with small tricky greens. Blue tees are definitely better than off the whites (too short off whites).

The pro was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Was only disappointed by the lack of a bistro on a Sunday.

I will keep this on my list of places to play when I am down near Mittangong.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the other golfers were unexpectedly cheerful, friendly and easygoing.

This golf course is unbelievable, they have 1 green keeper, 1 part timer and an apprentice, the course is immaculate and the greens the best I have played on anywhere, true and consistent.

This course is definately fun to play, uphills and downhills with bunker etc. Great staff and pro as well. Many people from the city also visit here for holidays and weekeds to play. Being a membership is not that expensive!
