My wife and I went there for lunch, we were told the wait was 30 to 45 minutes. 90 minutes later I call the manager Cam over and I explained the situation, he said it was very busy and not even an apology but when I told him our drinks had gone warm he did offer two soft drinks. We spoke to two couples on tables next to us which we saw they had come after us and they both said their meals had come within 20 minutes. Finally when our meals arrived they were cold and dry and looked disgusting. So I went and confronted Cam the manager again and told him that I don't appreciate being lied to. He went on a rant with no apology and then got a young blonde girl to refund our money so he wouldn't have to deal with it. When I told the girl our complaint all she kept saying it don't scream at me Sir. Well little girl maybe if you can't deal with a costumer complaint maybe find a job working from home so you don't deal with people cos you were terrible in handling a costumer complaint. Yes you little girl you were the one who said 30 to 45 minutes. You passed us maybe 15 times serving other tables and you didn't even have the decency to come over and give us an update on our meals. Disgusting place don't not go there you will be bitterly disappointed.
