A very large restaurant with nice decor and atmosphere. The menu is frequently updated and has a large range.
The food is very, very good by RSL standards (particularly given how big the operation is, with a cast of thousands) but it's not particularly cheap. It's head & shoulders above any buffet style offering.

Fantastic meals in The Courtyard. Menu has great depth to suit everyone. Very kid friendly and the desserts are always amazing. Maybe the best meal I have had there was the Redback Burger meal. That looked amazing and it was stunning to eat. Even when its very busy the service is excellent. One of the best places to eat or be entertained in Hornsby. New Kids Party area added on the third 'Attic' level. That looks like a stack of fun.

Our second year going to the Sydney Comedy Festival Showcase at the Hornsby RSL. Its a good venue for it, will big tables for groups, assessable food out of the room and a big bar at the back. Bar food is fine but better to eat first then watch. Theres a kids area upstairs that is pretty decked out, alongside a second bar. Parking onsite is always full, try to find a street park and walk.

We love the RSL. the food is great. The staff a great. The bowling is a lot of fun. The kids love it and we oldies love it. We also respect and value what it stands for and will continue to support

Its been quite a few years since Ive visited Hornsby RSL club. I recently visited for Sunday lunch and was really impressed. They have done major renovation since my last visit. The Courtyard restaurant looks great. Very nice atmosphere and was fairly busy when we were there.We ordered some steaks which were great. I think pricing was a bit excessive for an RSL club but I did enjoy the meal. Will definitely return to try some of the other eateries in the club

Hornsby RSL Club is a posh club in the north shore. Become a member to enjoy a load of benefits. Plenty of space, nice food and great hospitality. There is also Arcade Bar and Bowling facilities. They offer takeaway as well. The ambience is cool. Courteous staff at reception helps you check in. The chicken schnitzel with mash and gravy is my pick. The tap beer is a good choice to relax with friends. Kids menu also available.
